Whistle-blower claims NOAA manipulated data prior to UN global warming conference
In an attempt to prove the lie that 97% of all scientists believe that global warming is not only real but also man-made a couple of controversies have come to light. Or rather they should have come to light but they were ignored by the mainstream media and the global warming alarmists. There was Climategate in which the IPCC and colleges were fudging the global temperatures in order to “hide the decline” and there was the fact that NASA was changing historical global temperatures to exaggerate the impact of global warming and hide the global warming pause.
There were also rumors that NOAA was also manipulating the data and now according to a whistle-blower we have confirmation NOAA manipulated the data prior to the United Nations conference on global warming back in 2015.

A high-level whistleblower at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has revealed that the organization published manipulated data in a major 2015 report on climate change in order to maximize impact on world leaders at the UN climate conference in Paris in 2015.
According to a report in The Mail on Sunday, NOAA scientist Dr. John Bates has produced “irrefutable evidence” that the NOAA study denying the “pause” in global warming in the period since 1998 was based on false and misleading data.
The NOAA study was published in June 2015 by the journal Science under the title “Possible artifacts of data biases in the recent global surface warming hiatus.”
Dr. Bates accused the lead author of the paper, Thomas Karl, of “insisting on decisions and scientific choices that maximized warming and minimized documentation.” Bates says that Karl did so “in an effort to discredit the notion of a global warming pause, rushed so that he could time publication to influence national and international deliberations on climate policy.”
Bates said that NOAA bypassed its own protocol, never subjecting the report to NOAA’s strict internal evaluation process. Rather, NOAA superiors rushed the study through in a “blatant attempt to intensify the impact” of the paper on the Paris meeting on climate change, he said

I recall several years ago reading that the locations of temperature measurements were re-located closer to the cities in many instances.

I remember that as well and I also remember they were relocated to places with hot-top because it was warmer and would help promote the agenda. This is nothing but a hoax and sadly too many people are buying into it, at least with Trump we will have a delay in implementing the agenda.

I am shocked!!!! Well, actually I am shocked that they got caught and outed….usually whatever they say goes…but hey, there is always hope that just such as this will happen with some of their other lies.

I also read and watched videos about these temperature measuring sites. Here is a picture of one site and possible problems affecting measurement. Other stations have been moved so their records are not continuous. Sloppy record keeping used to produce a biased report. That’s our government.

As per usual fubar the link is broken. The picture shows a weather station located adjacent to ac units and a cell tower adjacent to a parking lot. How do each of these items affect the readings?

For being scientist they were not very precise in how they set the measuring instruments. The results should be thrown out and they should start again. This time criteria should be established for siting the weather stations.
