Donald Trump releases his budget blueprint

Late last night or early this morning Donald Trump released his budget blueprint and on the surface it looks like a conservative wishlist and a liberal nightmare. In addition to a defense spending increase there are major cuts to several agencies while others are to be abolished, however there are some somewhat surprising increases which we will get to later in the post.

President Donald Trump unveiled his first budget blueprint on Thursday, and to offset increases in defense spending, the President is proposing $54 billion in cuts to large parts of the federal government and popular programs big and small.
Trump’s budget would cut off funding entirely for several agencies, including arts, public broadcasting and development groups, and also proposes steep cuts to agencies like the State Department and Environmental Protection Agency.Virtually every agency will see some sort of cut, with only Defense, Homeland Security and Veterans Affairs getting a boost.
I do not have the time tonight to post all of the cuts but if you follow the link above you can see how drastic some of the cuts are. I am glad to see that Veterans Affairs will see an increase in funding but I would not give the Defense Department more money until they evaluate the report which came out several years ago which found wasted money and duplicate spending. After that is completed the Defense budget should he reevaluated. As I alluded to above there are some surprising spending increases, including more spending on the census, fee (tax) increases to airline tickets, a new fund for national health emergencies, more funding for lead paint removal, increased bankruptcy fees, and more funding for the opioid crisis. You can read more here. We have a big time opioid crisis here in New Hampshire so this is welcome news.
Of course this is only Donald Trump’s blueprint, the budget which comes out of the Congress will be different and from what we have learned in the Obamacare repeal debacle we know the establishment Republicans will not have the courage to actually make most of these cuts. They are all talk and no action and Donald Trump has already exposed this, how much the Republicans neuter this budget remains to be seen.

Is it ‘right’ that one liberal Judge should have to the power to stop a Pres. EO that presents itself for the safety of American’s? When fraud prez Bari applied these restrictions why didn’t they put a cog in his ruling?
Anything that’s not of the standards and principles of a healthy and respectable [viable] America, be done away with! How’s that for going along w/ their PC bunk!
It’s like ‘spirit day’ (purple like the Clinton/Soros Revolution color Coup) which homo Bari supported back in ’16. To stop ‘bullying’ against ‘lgbtq’ youth who’ve been socialized to think any form of sexuality is permissible, but bullying again a straight white person is OK! And even THAT, calling them “straight” – how about “normal”. It’s like anything that is repulsive to the CREATOR GOD is what this group lifts up as good. Which is written about in Roman 1:21 …became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.’ Vanity and lies is the diet fed by the corrupt and unjust to the masses.

Thanks for the links. It is totally wrong in my opinion what these judges are doing and it is unprecedented. Is this what is going to happen to everything Trump and the Republicans pass? If so we are entering new and dangerous times as a nation.

So then the VA Obamabots take exception to putting vets in beds where they would receive life saving treatment rather than expiring in makeshift hallway triage? Makes sense; impeach any bastard president who would want to care for sick and injured soldiers. The sickness in this country’s uber leftwing bureaucracy is leading the way into the nation’s death spiral.
