Secret Service Agent’s laptop and sensitive information stolen from her driveway?
According to this story a Secret Service Agent had her laptop, and documents with sensitive information, stolen from the backseat of her car in the driveway of her house stolen at 3:00 in the morning. Here is more:
A laptop computer containing floor plans for Trump Tower, information about the Hillary Clinton email investigation and other national security information was stolen from a Secret Service agent’s vehicle in Brooklyn, police sources told the Daily News.
Authorities have been frantically searching for the laptop since it was stolen Thursday morning — and are trying to determine if the thief knew what he was taking or randomly targeted the agent’s vehicle.
NYPD cops were assisting in the investigation but had scant information on exactly what’s on the laptop, sources said.
“The Secret Service is very heavily involved and, citing national security, there’s very little we have on our side,” a police source said. “It’s a very big deal.”
And that was not all that was taken:
Other items stolen include “sensitive” documents, an access keycard, coins, a black zippered bag with the Secret Service insignia on it and Secret Service lapel pins from various assignments — including ones involving Donald Trump, the Hillary Clinton campaign, the United Nations General Assembly and the Pope’s visit to New York, sources said.
You will note that my headline includes a question mark and that is because something is fishy about this story. Here is more:
The thief stepped out of a dark-colored car, possibly an Uber, and stole the laptop from Argentieri’s vehicle, a 2015 Bajaj, which was parked in the driveway of her Bath Beach home, sources said. Neighbors said the thief struck about 3 a.m.
The crook, a man dressed in black, didn’t get back in the car. He was seen on surveillance video walking away from the scene with a backpack holding the laptop, sources said.
It seems odd to me that a Secret Service agent would leave a laptop in her apparently unlocked car in her driveway along with other sensitive information where someone, who seems to have known what he was looking for, could just walk up and take it.
Maybe this is a gross example of incompetence–and if this is the cast the Secret Service is another agency which needs purging–or perhaps there is more to this story. With all of the leaks coming out of the Deep State it makes you wonder if something else was going on here…
malo periculosam libertatem quam quietum servitium
The agency has been plagued with problems during BO administration. The SS director who was brought in to fix the agency resigned on February 14.
Yes this story sounds unbelievable. The agent should be fired and investigated for why all this material was left in a unlocked car. A disgruntled HC voter.

It sure seems like that to me. I wonder if this was coordinated with the man who stole everything, this angle needs to be investigated.

Are you kidding me? Are you f,,,,,,,, kidding me? This Keystone Cop maneuver is right out of a Punked show. Where do you keep highly secret information at 3 am? The back seat of of you car of course. Where do you keep this car? Out in the driveway of course. Do you make sure that as much secret information is loaded in one place? Of course. Is it easier to keep this information secure in the first place than to send the whole scandal-ridden secret service on a snipe hunt? Of course. Will any disciplinary action be taken against the moron? Of course NOT!

I am sure nothing will happen to her but something sure does seem suspicious here!

Very suspicious, in-deed. Set up. Who in their ‘right mind’ leaves their computer in their car ~ esp. when it contains all that “secret” info! Balderdash!!
And “frantically” looking for it. Of course “hype it up” a notch – BAM – like chef Emeril! there’s very little we have on our side, is right when it comes to those in positions such as these who don’t work for us, but rather our enemies! This ‘set up’ – they probably already had all that info some time ago. ANYTHING that group does is Lie Based, so they don’t ‘need’ to steal a laptop, they already “own” the people who carry them.
Another source states: “It does not contain classified info” http://www.newser.com/story/239936/laptop-with-sensitive-secret-service-information-stolen.html
One comment I saw on another posting: “I didn’t know the Schutzstaffel had laptops.”
Notice: no name of the person is given – just ‘her’. Why not name her? Has she been fired? Probably not. Is the whole thing as scam? Possibly.
Rush didn’t give it much credence: “Don’t want to make too big a deal out of it now. And, remember, it’s ABC, folks …” Not to say ‘he sees and knows all that’s worthy of news’ but this once again it the “baiting” we’ve been conditioned to “react” to and swallow.
We’re so use to being ‘vandalized’ by HYPE- we become (numb to our sense telling us what it really is), ‘tantalized’ by these ‘illusions’ and ‘images of Fake & Imitation LIFE’ – they ignite our ‘sensationalism button’ diverting our attentions and stealing away our time, desensitizing us to Real Life … what is that again?
OT, but this came to mind considering ‘disillusionment’ [a freeing or a being freed from illusion or conviction; disenchantment] – breaking FREE from ‘illusions’ and the deception and devices of the enemy. (Scripture related)

It could be all hype trying to make Trump look bad and that is why Rush is backing away from it. I do think the name was in the story I linked to but I could be wrong. Something about this story does not ring true and I think it is likely this SS agent was a never Trumper and probably had a hand in this.
Great video by the way!

I looked for ‘her’ name and didn’t see it – nor was it mentioned on any of the other sources I found. This one says someone broke in and some things recovered – more fishiness going on – how’d they ‘recover’ them? Still female ‘not identified’. http://www.usatoday.com/videos/news/2017/03/18/secret-service-agent's-laptop-stolen-car-new-york-city/99351254/
Glad you liked the vid – thought you would! 🙂

There sure is allot about this story that does not make sense. I find it hard to believe this was not done on purpose, you cannot tell me this agent could be that unaware of what she left in her car. And it is odd that we don’t have a name yet.

If Rush doesn’t “want to make too big a deal out of it now,” this “theft” might just be a hand-off, but if it is, it has to be one of the most inept espionage stories ever. I think I’ll try to stay tuned.

As the saying goes, “Keep it simple stupid.” – Trump needs to bring in his own personal guards.

It smells bad any way you look at it. Why were they left out there and so much all together AND it seems someone knew right where to look. I did read that there was info of Clinton on it as well….but since when does an agent have that kind of info to begin with?

That is another oddity here Lou. There was supposedly info on the Clinton investigation and why would a SS agent have that on her computer? I missed that aspect of the story but it is a question which needs to be answered.
