Elizabeth Warren says she is not running for President in 2020

May 12, 2017

I really do not want to start thinking about the 2020 Presidential election yet, I am not even ready to start thinking about the mid-term, however I need to take a break from all the Russia and FBI hoopla and so here we go.

It is no secret that the new darling of the left is Elizabeth Warren: some people tried to lure her into running in 2016 as an alternative to Hillary Clinton but she refused and now she is refusing to run for President in 2020. Here is more:

“It’s a very thoughtful question, but I actually have to put this in a temporal place. I’m not running for president. I’m running for my election for Senate in 2018, and I announced very early because I want people to know I am all in.”

This is the second time in recent weeks she has declared her non-candidacy, claiming she is putting her full effort into running for reelection in Massachusetts. This is the proper thing to say while running for reelection, she wants the voters of Massachusetts to understand she is not going to hit and run and leave them with a vacant seat. The last time there was an open seat in Massachusetts Scott Brown pulled off an upset and if voters think she might leave after two years they might decide to go in a different direction. It will be interesting to see what happens after she wins her reelection.

I do not believe her, I believe she is going to run for President, but she cannot say it during her Senate campaign, and that is why she is trying to become the face of the national party. However even if we take her at her word I believe after her reelection she will be “persuaded” to run.

And it does not even matter what her intentions are right now, once she does declare she is running for President the spin will be something along these lines: I really had no intention to run but after listening to the voices of the American people I did some soul searching and decided I could not ignore the will of the people.

This is Marco Rubio redux who famously claimed he would not run for the Senate. Yeah Right! We see how that turned out. Warren is fluent in parseltounge.

It also depends on how badly she is roughed up in her 2018 reelection.

Trump has set a new standard for campaigning. I think the MSM has failed to grasp this. If an opponent can emulate Trump’s tactic Warren could be toast in 2018 or severely damaged.

There are a couple of Democrats who are thinking about running against her in the primary, we’ll see if they are “persuaded” not to. I don’t think there is any chance of her getting beaten up too badly in Massachusetts.

I can’t believe that people aren’t getting sick of all of her doom and gloom. Interesting she is up in 2018.

I think she runs the risk of over exposing herself (sorry for the image) if she keeps this up day after day. Eventually people are just going to tune her out…I hope.

Have no fear you right wing unbelievers. Never forget the voters of the People’s Republic of Massachusetts kept the never sober swimmer in congress for over 40 years allowing him to keep the nation on track to its plunge into socialism. Warren is to the dead Kennedy as Hillary is to Obama. The bean eating jerks of the Bay State can’t get enough of her hypocritical stuff.

I don’t see much of a chance of her losing in Massachusetts, I would be shocked if she did.
