Judiciary Committee opens investigation into Loretta Lynch for allegedly trying to interfere in the FBI’s Hillary Clinton email investigation

June 23, 2017

loretta lynchWhen James Comey testified a couple of weeks ago in the Russia collusion/hacking scandal the Democrats and the mainstream media were hoping for a smoking gun which would implicate Donald Trump or somebody in his staff for obstruction of justice. They were let down because James Comey did not feel pressured by Donald Trump and the day before three other officials testified that they did not feel the President tried to influence the investigation.

However, there might have been a smoking gun anyway because James Comey did admit that there was an attempt to influence an investigation but it was Loretta Lynch and it was in regards to the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email scandal.

Following James Comey’s testimony Republicans quickly called for an investigation of Loretta Lynch but there were not alone because Diane Feinstein called for an investigation as well.

Now they have gotten their way: it is being reported here that the Senate Judiciary Committee will open an investigation into the possibility Loretta Lynch did indeed try to interfere in the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email scandal during the 2016 election. Here is more:

The Senate Judiciary Committee has opened a probe into former Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s efforts to shape the FBI’s investigation into 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, the committee’s chairman announced Friday.

In a letter to Ms. Lynch, the committee asks her to detail the depths of her involvement in the FBI’s investigation, including whether she ever assured Clinton confidantes that the probe wouldn’t “push too deeply into the matter.”

Fired FBI Director James B. Comey has said publicly that Ms. Lynch tried to shape the way he talked about the investigation into Mrs. Clinton’s emails, and he also hinted at other behavior “which I cannot talk about yet” that made him worried about Ms. Lynch’s ability to make impartial decisions.

Sen. Charles E. Grassley, chairman of the committee, said the investigation is bipartisan. The letter to Ms. Lynch is signed by ranking Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein and also by Sens. Lindsey Graham and Sheldon Whitehouse, the chairman and ranking member of the key investigative subcommittee.

I have to give Dianne Feinstein credit here for putting her money where her mouth was by signing off on this investigation.

The Democrats are so blinded with their attempt to find something, anything, they can use to bring down Donald Trump that they forgot there were skeletons in their own closets and maybe, just maybe, it will come back to bite them in the end because this is the second shoe to drop on the Democrats since James Comey testified–with the State Department opening up a formal investigation into Hillary Clinton possibly mishandling  government emails.

Sure they’ll indict her, right after Lard Ass hammers out her first license plate.

Lynch was Comedy’s boss, so she could order him to do what she wanted. This whole interference story is bs. She should have her attorney just invoke the 5th.

Damn Loretta, had you played your cards right you could have been the next Supreme Court nominee once another conservative SCJ was murdered in his sleep by the Corleone family at The Chicken Ranch.

I still remember when the Democrats were laughing at the prospect that after denying Garland’s appointment Obama could be a SCOTUS justice after Hillary won.
