Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe is under Federal investigation for a possible violation of the Hatch Act
As if the FBI was not in enough turmoil with its queasy former Director James Comey admitting under oath that he leaked his own documents for partisan political reasons, that Loretta Lynch convinced him to frame the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email scandal in a way less damning to the losing Presidential candidate and failing to report it, and after listing all the reasons why Hillary Clinton should be indicted before letting her off the hook, we are now learning that the acting FBI Director, Andrew McCabe is under Federal investigation for a possible Hatch Act violation.

Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe is being investigated by the Office of U.S. Special Counsel for violating The Hatch Act that prohibits FBI agents from campaigning in partisan races.
The Office of U.S. Special Counsel, the government’s main whistleblower agency, is investigating whether FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe’s activities supporting his wife Jill’s Democratic campaign for Virginia state senate in 2015 violated the Hatch Act’s prohibition against FBI agents campaigning in partisan races.
The Hatch Act prohibits FBI employees from engaging “in political activity in concert with a political party, a candidate for partisan political office, or a partisan political group.”
It defines prohibited political activity as “any activity directed at the success or failure of a partisan group or candidate in a partisan election.”
Andrew McCabe appeared at a campaign event for his wife Jill and appeared in several pictures, which can been seen by following the link above, wearing a Jill McCabe campaign shirt. He was also seen in a picture holding an “I am voting for Jill because she is the BEST WIFE EVER” sign. It is no surprise that Andrew McCabe was a supporter of his wife’s campaign and of course there is nothing wrong with that, however it is a violation of the Hatch Act for an FBI agent to actively campaign for a candidate and that is where his problem might be.
Andrew McCabe needs to step down. Some may say my call for resignation is premature, that we should wait until the investigation is complete and the result is in, but I would remind those people that Michael Flynn was not afforded the same luxury. I would also remind them that Chuck Schumer called for delaying Neil Gorsuch’s confirmation hearing because a President who is under Federal investigation should not be allowed to appoint a Supreme Court Justice even though the Senator from New York knew Donald Trump was not under investigation at the time he promulgated that lie.
Using Chuck Schumer’s logic, how can we allow a person who is under Federal investigation be in charge of a Federal investigation?

If McCabe was an iceberg most of his corruption is below the water. His wife is under investigation for accepting campaign funds from Gov. Mcauliffe. Mcauliffe is also under FBI investigation. It is also being alleged that he took out Flynn as act of revenge. Flynn was supporting a female FBI agent who had filed a claim of discrimination against McCabe and other FBI agents.
These idiots don’t when to step aside.

I don’t see how McCabe got in as “acting” FBI director, except that the Comey set him up for it – since they were tight. Trump needs to get on with “firing” anyone the Obama admin. put in, period – swamp creatures. Get them out before they do any more damage and wipe the slate they wrote on.
