Debbie Wasserman Schultz claims the laptop she threatened the Capitol Police Chief over was Imran Awan’s and not hers

August 4, 2017

debbie-wasserman-schultz  Debbie Wasserman Schultz has come under scrutiny since one of her aides, Imran Awan, was arrested on bank fraud charges. Bank fraud is just the beginning, there is much more because Imran and his brothers were accused of illegally accessing government computers during the 2016 election and the Congress is in the process of opening up an investigation into this potential scandal.

The Awan brothers made hundreds of thousands of dollars while working for the Democrats and they are now accused of gaining access to the emails of every single member of the Congress and selling the information.

This is where the story gets very interesting: although the brothers were banned from accessing the government network in the wake of the scandal Debbie Wasserman Schultz continued to employ Imran as her IT specialist and back in May she threatened the Capitol Police Chief with “consequences” if a laptop being held in this investigation was not returned.

It was assumed that the “member’s property” she was talking about while threatening the Police Chief was her laptop but now she is claiming the laptop in question actually belongs to Imran Awan, here is more:

She said the laptop in question was issued by her office to Awan. “He accidentally left it somewhere,” a loss Wasserman Schultz said was reported to the Capitol Police. When the Capitol Police recovered the laptop, the agency wanted to search its contents.

She said she has agreed to allow the police to examine the laptop and wasn’t attempting to hide anything. “This was not my laptop. I have never seen that laptop. I don’t know what’s on the laptop,” she said.

She probably feels as if this exonerates her but in my mind it opens up more questions. Why was she threatening a Police Chief over a laptop which did not belong to her and which was part of an investigation into possible collusion with a foreign government during the 2016 election? The computer of a man the DNC hired…

She might not “know” what is on the laptop but she “knows” what is on the laptop if you catch my drift. She is claiming she demanded the laptop back because she felt the Awan brothers were being targeted for their religious beliefs  but in light of all the evidence I do not believe that she believes this. She is simply trying to smear the Capitol Police and paint herself and the Awan brothers as victims and I think it falls flat on its face.

A bit OT but in the vein of this corruption – even listening to some you’ll agree with Greg’s thinking!

I do like the way he thinks so far! He is so right about how they assumed Hillary would win so they could cover this whole thing up.

You’ll like the very end of the vid too Steve!
Greg makes me laugh ~ his expressions and how he emphasizes certain “truths” and obvious lies. In the inner man, the fibers of our souls we ‘hear’ the Truth, it’s just that some don’t want to live by it OR with it, they prefer the lie – even though it leads to death.

You’re right, I did like the end as well! I am still shocked when I think about the reaction of that one reported who had no idea what the prayer circle in the White House was, she honestly had no idea and that tells us all we need to know.
