The FBI had proof of possible Russian collusion with The Clinton Foundation in 2009 and did nothing
According to this story the FBI finally has evidence of Russia collusion! However it is not evidence about Russia colluding with Donald Trump during the 2016 election and the FBI actually discovered this evidence in 2009 and did nothing about it.
It has been believed by the right but poo-pooed by the left for years–I am of course talking about the Obama/Clinton/Russia uranium deal. Many of us have been claiming for years that there was a pay to play scheme between Russia and the Clinton Foundation and now we know the FBI had evidence years ago.

Before the Obama administration approved a controversial deal in 2010 giving Moscow control of a large swath of American uranium, the FBI had gathered substantial evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were engaged in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering designed to grow Vladimir Putin’s atomic energy business inside the United States, according to government documents and interviews.
Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents show.
However the FBI did nothing:
Rather than bring immediate charges in 2010, however, the Department of Justice (DOJ) continued investigating the matter for nearly four more years, essentially leaving the American public and Congress in the dark about Russian nuclear corruption on U.S. soil during a period when the Obama administration made two major decisions benefiting Putin’s commercial nuclear ambitions.
I wonder why…
While it appears as if the FBI kept Barack Obama in the dark in the time leading up to the two Russian uranium deals the news gets worse for Bill and Hillary Clinton:
They also obtained an eyewitness account — backed by documents — indicating Russian nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President Bill Clinton’s charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow, sources told The Hill.
The racketeering scheme was conducted “with the consent of higher level officials” in Russia who “shared the proceeds” from the kickbacks, one agent declared in an affidavit years later.
This is not news to any of us on the right who have been making these claims for years, and it is also not news to those on the left who follow politics closely–they just wrote it off as a conspiracy theory and did not give it credibility although I believe deep inside they knew something was not right but were willing to ignore it–but the fact the FBI knew about it and did nothing adds another level to the scandal. And it also proves Peter Schweitzer was right all along. This is no longer a conspiracy theory, in fact it was a conspiracy. The left will claim this is old news and nothing but an attempt to rekindle an already debunked conspiracy theory, and they are right about it being an old story. But it is only an old story because for all intents and purposes the FBI kept this in the dark until it was uncovered today.
If Jeff Sessions has any guts at all he will take immediate action on this despite Donald Trump’s decision not to seek charges against his former opponent because this adds a whole new dimension to the corruption in Washington and it is very likely some of the uranium ended up in the hands of Iran and North Korea.
At this point it might be interesting to recall Mitt Romney being ridiculed by Barack Obama and the left during the 2012 Presidential campaign for calling Russia America’s number one geo-political enemy.

There are still several problems with the conspiracy theory. Uranium One was not a US company. Ultimately, the decision was Obama’s to make and there were other agencies that could have put the brakes on the deal.

But if the FBI knew something shady was going on they should have at least said something to Obama knowing he was negotiating a deal with Russia.

I have to agree that was odd. If there was something tying that directly to the Clintons, it might be something. As it was, neither of them were in the government when the wolf’s share of “payments” were made (as I understand the timeline).

It is now being reported the FBI had an informant who was threatened into not testifying over this. It could get interesting…

It it not as if this is a one off….the Clintons have been plundering America… and Hillary in particular even as they were headed out the door of their administration… stealing drapes, China, furniture….

Seriously though, I would not be surprised but the theory does not fit the facts. Let me speculate that maybe there was something but her losing the nomination screwed everything up.

Sadly you are right Zip. They are just going through the motions and nothing is going to come from this, just like nothing came from any of the other scandals. They are all in this together and in the end they have each others backs.

With this and Bowe types of ‘decision making’ going on, it brings to mind how the ‘lie resounds’ we’re evolving into better creatures. The only reason they want to get rid of the ‘sin gene’ (if one exists) is so they’ll have more ‘obedient’ followers, who’ll give their lives willingly and completely to the ‘evils that are.’ The Bible tells us there are sheep and goats, Wheat & Tares, children of the Light and those of the darkness. Today the masses are called the ‘sheep’ or ‘sheeple’ but there’s alot ofgoats in that mix, like the field of wheat and tares. Matt 13:24. God knows all about it and who’s who. Who are His and who aren’t. Some are His but don’t know it yet, because they’re plugged into the Lie System and have yet to be unplugged and breath in Real Life.

Starting to wonder about Sessions…he can’t be as stupid as this hearing… Coming across as Mr Goody two shoes… and Trump? Why not tear into this… We are getting most of this from wikileaks..

Bunkerville, I think Sessions is showing us he is part of the problem. In the end he is establishment and he neutered himself on this early on. He should come out and say that in light of this new evidence he has instructed the DOJ to move forward but I don’t see him doing that.

Sessions needs to resign so that an Attorney General without restrictions to the Russian thing and investigate and oversee the FBI.. Sessions neutered himself with the FBI with his recusal. iF he cares about America he will do so.. I am listening to Sessions now at the hearing and all his interest is and what he can talk about is his MS-13 crime business no doubt. What we will have is a third string AG leftover investigating these new charges and claims.

Sean Hannity’s show was dedicated to this issue, Clinton pay-to-play, and the Commey connection to Clinton. If only half is true, it is huge. Maybe “Terrant” is right, but how will we ever know? Who will investigate? The MSM has a vested interest in keeping the truth hidden. The FBI is dirty. The little guy doesn’t have a chance.

The FBI had an informant who was prevented from testifying on this issue, his lawyer will be on Hannity tonight. It should be interesting.
