Sheila Jackson Lee ‘bumps’ woman from first class flight and then plays the race card
I do not know if any of you saw this story because of the busy Christmas weekend but apparently there was a mix up on a United Airlines flight. A woman, Jean-Marie Simon, purchased a first-class ticket on a flight to Houston however when she went to board the plane Jean-Marie Simon was informed she cancelled her flight. She claims she did not cancel the flight and United Airlines gave her an economy ticket. When Jean-Marie Simon boarded the flight she noticed Sheila Jackson Lee sitting in the seat she had paid for.
Needless to say Jean-Marie Simon was upset and caused a commotion, claiming she was bumped to accommodate the Congresswoman. To be fair we do not know if she was actually bumped to accommodate Sheila Jackson Lee or if there really was an unfortunate mix up which just happened to benefit Sheila Jackson Lee. I find it very coincidental that a United States Congresswoman just happened to be the beneficiary but let that go…
Sheila Jackson Lee is now attacking Jean-Marie Simon by basically calling her a racist and claiming she is the victim, here is more:
“Since this was not any fault of mine, the way the individual continued to act appeared to be, upon reflection, because I was an African American woman, seemingly an easy target along with the African American flight attendant who was very, very nice,” the Texas Democrat wrote in a post. “This saddens me, especially at this time of year given all of the things we have to work on to help people.”
“But in the spirit of this season and out of the sincerity of my heart, if it is perceived that I had anything to do with this, I am kind enough to simply say sorry,” Jackson Lee continued. “But as an African American, I know there are too many examples like this all over the nation.”
This attack is totally baseless and way out of line: Sheila Jackson Lee does not know this woman or what is in her heart. Sheila Jackson Lee, who as a person who benefits from Congressional privilege, has no idea how frustrating a situation can be to an ordinary American who is just trying to travel over a long holiday weekend and she owes Jean-Marie Simon an apology for making such an assumption.

Some animals are more equal than others.
It’s ironic that Ms. Lee would be so quick to throw the race card. Functionally, she is one of the most racist people in politics today. I’ll let someone else decide if “Mad” Maxine Waters is worse, but neither one of them do their constituents any good.
Since I’m an Angeleno, I’ll point out that Ms. Waters district (essentially the infamous South Central Los Angeles) is about the poorest, most crime ridden and dangerous area in all of Southern California. It was that way when she was first elected to the House of Representatives and it’s still that way today.
While her “official” residence is within her district, her actual residence is in an upscale neighborhood quite some distance away.
I don’t like Sheila Jackson-Lee and I don’t like Maxine Waters. They are both divisive demagogues who serve themselves, not their constituents.

I love the Animal Farm quote but sadly it is all too true, there is a ruling class and a ruled class and this looks to be a perfect example. Most of the politicians in Washington are in it for themselves and you mentioned two great examples.

Damn Jeff, you stole my line. But it isn’t surprising that Orwell saw this coming. And it isn’t surprising that the radical left on one hand and the brain-dead SJW’s on the other hand love to have these two entitled elitists in office. But I think they do give something their constituents want. And that is a constant dose of hatred and excuses.

Those two God fearing Gals Waters and Lee are merely following the Bible in the most literal sense, Charity begins at home. Of course for each of them their one and only charity is each their self while their constituents, not unlike those of their white sistas Pelosi, Boxer and Feinstein, all of whom have stuffed themselves at the public trough like the insatiable pigs that they are, remain downwardly mobile. Make way, the vomitorium is now open.

Here is another twist to the story. After being rebooked Ms. Simon was seated next to another Texas Congressman.
“Speaking of the congressman seated next to her, she said: “He asked me if I knew whom Jackson Lee represents in Congress: Bush International Airport in Houston. He apologized, saying, ‘Jackson Lee gives us all a bad name; it’s shameful.'”

According to an opinion piece in the Washington Examiner Jackson Lee has been terrorizing the skies since coming to Congress in 1995.
“The Democrat has developed a reputation for making life hell for any clerk, stewardess, or pilot unwilling or unable to make her three-and-a-half-hour flight anything less than glamorous. She takes advantage of federal travel perks to book multiple flights (only to cancel at the last minute and at no charge). She demands an upgrade to premier seats. She expects, in her words, “to be treated like a queen.”
Congress needs to rein in its members.

Those who are anti-Goodness are simply examples of ‘ungodliness’. That ‘spiritual 💩’ needs to be purged and flushed. Lies & Deception make people “crazy” i.e. mentally ill and should not be in positions of leadership.
