Sunday, December 31st open thread: ‘Troublemaker’

December 31, 2017

open-threadHere is the open thread for Sunday, December 31st. Please feel free to post links to interesting articles and to discuss whatever issues arise during the course of the day. Nothing is off-topic here.

Last week we discussed 5 stories, did you miss any of them? If so there is an easy way to make sure it does not happen again. I understand that all of you are busy and cannot always find the time to check the blog for updates so why not subscribe to America’s Watchtower and receive email updates whenever I write a new post? That is the easiest way to follow the blog to ensure you never miss another post.

In addition to subscribing you can also follow America’s Watchtower on Facebook and Twitter by clicking the links on the right. But you will get more than that for I often post links to articles probably will not be writing about so it is a great way to keep up with what is happening.

The Twitter widget in the sidebar is fully interactive. This widget updates my tweets in real time and allows you to respond to or retweet my tweets right from the blog. It also allows you to tweet me right from America’s Watchtower.

  Happy New Year everybody!

I’ll start off the comments this week: Has anyone seen the new Taco Bell commercials?

I use to really like T. Bell now ‘turned off’. Occultic devil commercials, making evil cool and leading the ‘youth’ astray as usual. Some of the ‘subliminal’ images we ‘consciously see … how many more ‘only our subconscious picks up’ and processes. Brain control programming.
Evil people do evil things and want a following to ‘put under the influence of their spell’.

I like Taco Bell as well. I guess they either think they don’t have to hide it anymore or they think they can make fun of it because nobody believes it.

Just like Trump’s climate joke you can start reading to much into everyday occurrences.

Meanwhile we can contemplate more important things …

      haha, the power of bacon.
I wonder if the muslims are ‘taught’ to associate bacon with this happening: “And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand;) and were choked in the sea.” Mark 5:13
Or from Biblical diet under the law, appropriated it into the Mohamed doctrine:
Leviticus 11:7 And the swine, though he divide the hoof, and be clovenfooted, yet he cheweth not the cud; he is unclean to you.

Me either. The devil’s MO ‘belittle people to believe his lie’ as though they’re ‘stupid’ if they believe the Truth. Glad you mentioned, this morning the thought came to mind it was probably when Jesus Christ rose up from the underbelly of the earth (1Pet 3:19) was more the ‘Real New Year’ ~ The Light rising up out of the darkness, Shining Truth!
It seems that we have been living a similar ‘mind and spirit’ as this for generations:
        1 Pet 2:6 And turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrha into ashes condemned them with an overthrow, making them an ensample unto those that after should live ungodly;

Interesting thought about the “Real New Year.” I had not thought of it like that before. I find it interesting that in that verse it mentioned souls save by water because it seems to allude to baptism.
