Members of the Congress reaped the benefits of its COVID-19 aid package
Back in March when the American people were bought off with $1,200 bribes the Congress signed a $2 trillion COVID-19 aid package which was quickly signed by Donald Trump.
While the average American citizen was given a paltry stipend to shut them many wondered whom exactly were the recipients of the trillions of dollars in aid. This was apparently a closely guarded secret until Donald Trump finally caved to the pressure and released the names of the loan recipients and of course it turns out that members of the Congress and their families were on the list.
Here is more:
At least a dozen lawmakers have ties to organizations that received federal coronavirus aid, according to newly released government data, highlighting how Washington insiders were both author and beneficiary of one of the biggest government programs in U.S. history.
Under pressure from Congress and outside groups, the Trump administration this week disclosed the names of some loan recipients in the $659 billion Paycheck Protection Program, launched in April to help smaller businesses keep Americans employed during the pandemic. Connections to lawmakers, and the organizations that work to influence them, were quickly apparent.
Among businesses that received money was a California hotel partially owned by the husband of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, as well as a shipping business started by Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao’s family. Chao is married to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
Car dealerships owned by at least three Republican House members — Reps. Roger Williams of Texas, Vern Buchanan of Florida and Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania — received money. So, too, did fast-food franchises owned by Rep. Kevin Hern, R-Okla., a law firm owned by the husband of Sen. Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H., and the former law firm of Rep. Matt Cartwright, D-Pa., which employs his wife.
Money also flowed to a farming and equipment business owned by the family of Rep. Vicky Hartzler, R-Mo., and a regional casino company led by the husband of Rep. Susie Lee, D-Nev.
I have no problem with a little temporary relief for small businesses, especially when it is the government which forced them into this situation for no good reason, however when you are talking about car dealerships, casinos, and hotels I would like to see how “small” these businesses with ties to the oligarchy really are.
But let us take a huge leap of faith and grant that all these were legit, there is still this and I think it is even more egregious:
Hundreds of millions of dollars also flowed to political consultants, opposition research shops, law firms, advocacy organizations and trade associations whose work is based around influencing government and politics.
The article goes on to report that none of this, neither filling the coffers of businesses with ties to the oligarchy nor funneling money into organizations that amount to lobbying firms or lobbyists, is illegal and that is the biggest sin of all in this whole story.
Republican supporters are going to latch onto Nancy Pelosi’s name being on this list, and Democratic supporters are going to use this story to show how corrupt the Republicans are when the truth is there is systemic legalized corruption in the entire system and this is just the latest example.
malo periculosam libertatem quam quietum servitium
The blatant disregard for the people paying their salaries and benefits is beyond disgusting. Perhaps the real revolution America needs is to stop paying our taxes.

They get MORE from the Globalist who they really ‘work’ for … Plus all the Control and Power they have is a drug they can’t get enough of.

Yes, they certainly are well taken care of on both ends. Which just means they don’t have to take this money from us but they just like to!

Yep, as long as they ‘feel good’ … that’s all that matters to them.
