Joe Biden’s brother linked to Big Oil lobbying firm during the Obama administration
It turns out that Joe Biden’s brother Frank, whose name we have heard before in connection with influence peddling, was also on a lobbying firm for Big Oil while Barack Obama was President. Here is more:
President Joe Biden’s younger brother Frank Biden worked with a small consulting firm that was involved with federal lobbying on behalf of an oil distribution company, during the last year of the Obama administration.
The consulting company, little-known Delmarva Group, turned to the lobbying shop Cassidy & Associates to represent Maryland-based Chesapeake Petroleum and Supply in targeting congressional lawmakers and the Defense Department in 2016, as Joe Biden was in the final months of his second term as vice president.
The development marks the latest instance of how Frank Biden’s business ties sometimes have coincided with his older brother’s time in office.
Stop! Hold it right there for a second! Don’t you just love how the article uses the term “sometimes have coincided” to soften the accusation we all know the article implies? Anyway:
According to his LinkedIn page, Frank Biden served as a “member director” of Delmarva Group starting in 2015. Joseph Abruzzo, a former member of the Florida Legislature and an owner of the now-defunct company, said Monday that Frank Biden didn’t have a formal position with the firm until after Joe Biden was out of office.
“I provided advice and counsel based on my business experience. I had very limited engagement with Delmarva,” Frank Biden told CNBC on Monday.
Even if it is true that Frank Biden was not much involved in the firm I would think that just having his name (probably in big bold letters) on that piece of paper as they slowly slid it across the desk would get the point across just swell…

While I would almost like to believe that they don’t think the American people would discover their criminal and deceptive acts, I actually think they are so blatantly arrogant that they don’t even care how the American people perceive this…as the actions we’ve witnessed all summer prove.

I think you are right. They used to hide this type of stuff but now they are so brazen they just don’t care if we know. It is almost like they want us to know and dare us to try to stop them.

yes…and we see how sickingly silent our elected officials have been…who forgot they were suppose to represent us — the ones paying their salaries, pensions, benefits, etc.
