Charlie Rangel Caught in Tax Fraud Scandal

I wrote about Charlie Rangel being caught in the culture of corruption back on July 17th. That was for a scheme that he was running with his campaign offices. He was renting out rent controlled offices as his campaign offices. ILLEGAL!
But now it seems as though Charles Rangel is now in yet another scandal. This is a tax fraud scandal. Chalie Rangel “forgot” to report $75,000 in income from a rental property in the Dominican Republic, a rental property that he charges at least $500 a night to rent. He claims that he didn’t know that he had to claim this money as income.
How stupid does he think that we are? You receive rent and you don’t think that you have to report it? Give me a break. Charlie Rangel is the Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee. The House Ways and Means Committee IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WRITING TAX LEGISLATION! Does he really think that we will for for this especially when we know that his committee is responsible for the tax laws?
This man is a fraud and needs to step down immediately.
But… of course he won’t because to even suggest that he should would be racist… blah, blah, blah…..
