The Healthcare Reform Bill is Loaded with Billions of Dollars in Pork
I am really not surprised that it turns out there are billions of dollars of pork projects hidden in the healthcare reform bill. According to this article the pork projects include walking paths, streetlights, jungle gyms, and farmers’ markets.
The administration is not calling these pet projects pork of course. The administration is using the excuse that all of these items help Americans lead a healthier lifestyle. Therefor these projects are vital to reducing healthcare costs and are needed in healthcare reform.
The truth is that these projects are adding billions of dollars in costs to an already bloated healthcare reform bill at a time when the country cannot afford it. This administration has already spent trillions of dollars that we do not have and this is just another example of this administration’s out of control spending. Somebody has to pay for it, any guesses who?
The spending has to stop somewhere, it might as well be here.

I know we should not be shocked at this. But I did hear some lib woman on a Foxnews show saying people need to get healthy. Man it does constantly amaze me how they can rationalize everything. Talk about koolaid! How do people let themselves be brainwashed to believe they need the gubment taking care of them? I bet you a dozen donuts those “walking paths” will be empty.

Where in the bill EXACTLY can I find these earmarks? Im not say that they arnt there, I just cant find them. That bill is HUGE. If someone can tell me what sections to look in, id greatly appreciate it! Thanks
