The Federal Government is rubber stamping visa requests despite legitimate conserns about some of the applicants
A report by Homeland Security, as well as some internal documents, show us that someone in the Federal Government is pressuring agents to fast track and rubber stamp some visa applications against their will. One quarter of the agents in the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Department have claimed they were forced to grant people with either questionably backgrounds or questionable documents with a visa:
Higher-ups within U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services are pressuring rank-and-file officers to rubber-stamp immigrants’ visa applications, sometimes against the officers’ will, according to a Homeland Security report and internal documents exclusively obtained by The Daily.
A 40-page report, drafted by the Office of Inspector General in September but not publicly released, details the immense pressure immigration service officers are under to approve visa applications quickly, sometimes while overlooking concerns about fraud, eligibility or security
In essence these agents were told not to worry about the laws on the books and do what they were told:
We recognize their right to interpret things as liberally as possible, but you still have to follow the law,” said one high-ranking official who was unhappy with the current push
They attempted to basically get me to come into line and approve a bunch of cases. And I just wouldn’t compromise myself because the approvals they ordered, they weren’t in line with the laws,” said the officer.
The officer quoted above stood on principle and on the side of the law and he found out the hard way what happens to someone who will not fall in line with the Obama regime–he was demoted. And he is not alone:
At least five agency veterans seen as being too tough on applicants were either demoted, or given the choice between a demotion or a relocation from Southern California — where their families were — to San Francisco and Nebraska, according to sources and letters of reassignment provided to The Daily.
Those kind of threats have caused lower-level employees to fall in line, sources said.
“People are afraid,” said one longtime manager, who requested anonymity for fear of being fired. “Integrity only carries people so far because they’ve got to pay the rent.”
Several states have passed strict immigration enforcement policies recently because they claimed the Federal Government wasn’t willing to do its job in regards to illegal immigration and enforce current immigration law. They took matters into their own hands and the Federal Government has challenged their right to do so in court, claiming that immigration laws were a federal responsiblity and not to be left up to the states.
We now have proof that the states were right in claiming the Federal Government was not enforcing immigration laws; in fact we now have proof that the Federal Government was actually encouraging agents to ignore the law by “persuasion” or face the rath from above.

I myself am being held back by theives and my god please send me a protected wrath with a federal officer. The tribes have protection & my federal government is not protected. This is an outrage & I would like immediate attention to this because the imposters that are engaing this are the ones that are using my wrath(copied) to pass marijuana taxes with the tribes & marijuana being outlawed is going to nobody’s going to conquer my stamp.
