Do we need Population Control to stop Global Warming

Thats what this article is saying. They are saying this is the most crucial step in stopping global warming:

“Human population growth is the paramount environmental issue,” Ric Oberlink, a spokesman for Californians for Population Stabilization, told Cybercast News Service. “Global warming is a very serious problem, but it is a subset of the overpopulation problem,” he said.

So on top of all the other things that we do wrong to destroy the earth, like drive to work,then work in factories,grill, mow the lawn, use light-bulbs, herd cattle that fart, the basic human instinct of reproducing is now at the center of destroying the planet.

“Many have noted the disproportionate impact of America on greenhouse emissions and rightly called for reduced emissions. But it’s hypocritical to say that the problem is that Americans consume too much and then say it doesn’t matter how many Americans there are.”

It’s America’s fault. It’s always blame America first. How can we cut down on the number of babies being born, hmmm? I sense something else at play here.
