Adolph Hitler Dead 62 Years ago Today
April 30th 1945, Adolph Hitler commits suicide by taking cyanide capsules and shooting himself. Several days later Germany gave it’s unconditional surrender.
What led to his self-afflicted demise? The tenacity of alliance soldiers and the will and resolve of the American and British people. One can only wonder what would have happened in today’s world if Hitler was now threatening the world. We had patriotic Americans who were able to see the bigger picture, they were not as self-centered as most American are today. They realised we were fighting for the greater good.
Today Adolph Hitler would just have to wait it out and when America gave him her timetable for withdrawal he could then formulate his next move. Saddam was every bit the madman that Hitler was and the world will be a much better place without him.
Americans are much weaker today and they don’t have the resolve to carry a war out to conclusion. This began with the Vietnam war and the hippies during the summer of love. They were the first, I believe, to really put themselves above everyone else. Do what feels good, not what is good. America has become weaker and weaker ever since that year. Somewhere Kennedy is frowning, what happened to ” ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.”?
There is no war America can’t win when she uses all her might, unfortunately we are trying to fight a politically correct war, not an over the top aggressive war. Why? Because we were trying to satisfy the American people’s conscience at the same time as we are trying to defeat the enemy.
Thank God Hitler was born in 1889 and not in 1949.

Political correctness is a cancer that will kill our once great Republic if we don’t fight it at every turn. The left is trying to inject deadly toxins into the bloodstream of America every chance they get. We have to keep informing and making sure that ordinary people can see how vile and deadly liberalism really is.

An excellent post. Unfortunately, all too true. The burden of responsibility falls upon America because the rest of the democratic world fails to stand up unless the US leads the way (and then, only a few have the courage and resolve to join – UK, Australia etc). The white flag is ready to be waved. Thank goodness President Bush is made of sterner stuff. i fear for the future if the Democrats win the White House and surrender to the forces of terror. It wil be the beginning of the end.
