Sperm Donor to Lesbian Couple Ordered to pay Child Support

Jodilynn Jacob, 33, and Jennifer Lee Shultz-Jacob, 48, moved in together as a couple in 1996, and were granted a civil-union license in Vermont in 2002. In addition to conceiving the two children with the help of Frampton — a longtime friend of Shultz-Jacob’s — Jacob also adopted her brother’s two older children, now 12 and 13.
But the women’s relationship fell apart, and Jacob and the children moved out of their Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, home in February 2006.
Two women enter into a civil union, they love and care for each other. They decide to have children together. The only problem is… well you know what the problem is. They have a mutual friend who donates sperm to them so they can have children.
They go through a divorce and because they are both woman there is no man to make pay child support, the courts go after the sperm donor, and win.
This is just the beginning.

This doesn’t suprise me! In fact,I was just asked by a good friend lesbo couple if I would be their donor,and they wanted to know asap! Fortunally,I ain’t implusive….I love them girls,they will be great mothers,but this will be a life decision that’s gonna effect everyone involved……them,the child and myself! I just started to look things up and when I read about things like this……yaaaa,proberly not going for it! I love to help folks,but when they turn and bite u in the ass….no way!
