New York Mayor Bloomberg on the JFK Terror Plot-“get a Life”
Mayor Bloomberg is rumored to be considering a third party run for the presidency. So what does someone with presidential aspirations have to say when a terror plot is uncovered in his city?
While questions continue to arise about the alleged plot to blow up a fuel pipeline beneath JFK Airport and surrounding neighborhoods, some are questioning why New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg hasn’t had a louder voice since the plot was foiled on Saturday.
On Monday, Bloomberg finally weighed in, but his response was not what some would have expected.
“There are lots of threats to you in the world. There’s the threat of a heart attack for genetic reasons. You can’t sit there and worry about everything. Get a life,” he said.
Don’t worry, be happy. Does this sound like a man who you would trust with the security of this nation?
That “What, me worry?” attitude pretty much sums up Bloomberg’s advice to New Yorkers on the terror plot.
“You have a much greater danger of being hit by lightning than being struck by a terrorist,” he added.

Funny how the leftists claimed a mandate for change when they won the last round of elections, the majority had spoken apparently, yet now because of their fear of the majority’s choice, suddenly no one wants to let them have a say.
Hope you don’t mind, I did a post on this too and linked your blog.

It was too easy for them to critisize when they didn’t have to legislate, now that they have to come up with solutions they have none.
No problem with linking my blog, the more traffic the better.
