New Hampshire Tax Protesters in Stand-off with Federal Marshals Part 2
I have written about this before, two New Hampshire tax protesters are holed up in their home and say it’s either freedom or body-bags for them.
Plainfield – Federal authorities indicated Thursday they will not raid the home of two convicted tax evaders but would serve a warrant.
Dozens of heavily armed state police and federal agents have assembled near the rural Sullivan County home of tax protesters Ed and Elaine Brown.
The U.S. Marshals Service issued a brief statement after neighbors reported armed police and at least one armored vehicle near Ed and Elaine Brown’s fortified compound early Thursday morning.
Federal authorities still insist they will not invade the Brown’s residence, but they are going to serve a warrant to them. They have barricaded themselves in their house since January, when they were convicted of tax evasion. They insist the federal tax is not required, there is no law for it.
About 50 state troopers, some armed with high-powered rifles, along with a vehicle from the explosives unit gathered this morning in Plainfield, a small town where Edward and Elaine Brown have holed up in their home since being convicted of tax evasion and sentenced to lengthy federal prison terms.
The Browns have been aware of increased police activity all morning. In an audio file posted on a blog this morning, he said a silent aircraft at about 5,000 feet in the air flew over his home overnight.
And, he said, at about 7:45 a.m. this morning a fvisiting riend took his dog out for a walk but never returned. The dog, he said, came running up the driveway about an hour later.
He also said a neighbor called at 8:45 a.m. to let him know about 2 1/2 dozen state troopers were “coming down (Route) 12A heading in this direction.”
There is no way this can end well, there is only so long they can play the waiting game.

May God richly bless Ed and Elaine Brown for their courage and determination to do what’s right in the face of terrible danger and adversity. If only there were a million more like them. It gives me hope and strength to remember the Bible story of David and Goliath. David was just a kid of 17 years. Goliath was well over 9 ft. tall and was covered with armour and carried a huge sword. But with a little faith and a stone in David’s sling shot, down came that giant with a mighty crash. Praise God!!!!!
GO FOR IT, ED AND ELAINE…WITH GOD ON YOUR SIDE WHO CAN POSSIBLY STAND AGAINST YOU?

What is wrong with people? I feel like the goverment should be able to show them the law that is requiring the Brown’s to pay taxes. Are the extremists the only ones who want answers to that question? Why is it the Brown’s are feeling so mislead that they need to defend themselves in their home with guns. Who is doing the misleading? Is the fault with extremist groups who live their beliefs or the majority group who will not answer what should be a simple question.

iv had meetings with the irs, they claimed i owed
$50,000.00 and some change .I said i’ll be glad to write them a check right now and pay my tax debt they claimed i owed. So i pulled out my copy of the internal revenue code book and set it in front of the irs agent and said just show me the law thar requires me to pay the tax and i’ll write you a check right now. The irs agent would not look at the book would not touch the book, he told me i was not allowed to ask that question, i said then i was not allowed to pay the tax. and that ended the meetiing. I had a wittness and a tape recoreder, he had the same. Once the tapes were off and wittness left the room I state now im here as a concerned citizen, would you please shom the law that requriers me to pay the income tax? he started yelling at me and kicked me out of his office. it was great, the whole system is a fraud. the us constitution makes us kings and queens, start acting like it, you are kings, dont let the public servents userp your authority. dont volunteer away your GOD given rights, dont let the blood of our founding fathers cry from the ground against you. Dont fear the crimial tyrants who have taken over our constitution and trample it under there feet. They have turned ouer government into a govermemnt of theft, and have made laws to steal from us instead of using the constitution to protect us and our God given Liberty. God Bless the Browns, they may or may not sacrfice there blood, but they are a willing sarifce. And God will not for get them. There sacrfice will be recorded in heaven.
