Banned PBS Terrorist Documentary airs on Fox News

June 24, 2007

I posted yesterday about how Fox News ran the documentary entitled “Muslims Against Jihad” that PBS had produced but decided not to air. They evidentally didn’t want to offend terrorists. I didn’t hear about Fox News airing the documentary in time to see it. Tonight Fox News aired a special called Banned on PBS: Muslims Against Jihad.”, I don’t know for sure if this is the exact same show they aired yesterday. It was some parts of the PBS documentary, with commentary by E.D. Hill. The show had two of the producers of the original documentary comment on what happened at PBS. They claimed that as soon as PBS found out there were conservatives behind the documentary they were told to fire them.

This documentary was very good. I have been wondering why more Muslims don’t speak out against Jihad. Are they just scared? Or do they condone it? I recommend that if this is re-aired, which I believe it will be, that it should be watched.

You can read my previous posts about this here, here, here, and here.

They didn’t air it Saturday night because of the breaking news on the Jessie Davis story. So when you caught it Sunday night, that was the first time they aired it.

I did a review of it today, I thought it was very good. I hope they do re-air it though for the people who missed it.
