Federal Judge Stops Pennsylvania Town From Cracking Down on Illegal Immigrants

  A town in Pennsylvania decided they needed to crack down on illegal aliens and the people who hire them. This sounds like a very good idea to me and most Americans. However  Judge James Munley is not most Americans, he ruled that the town had to stop cracking down on illegal aliens. 

A U.S. judge on Thursday struck down as unconstitutional a local law designed to crack down on illegal immigration, dealing a blow to similar laws passed by dozens of towns and cities across the country.

U.S. District Judge James Munley said the city of Hazleton, 100 miles north of Philadelphia, was not allowed to implement a law that would fine businesses that hire illegal immigrants and penalize landlords who rent rooms to them.

  I don’t know what has happened to our country, we are being invaded by illegals who do not wish to assimilate into our culture. They want to bring the culture of the country from which they are fleeing here. They are being helped along all the way by Democrats who want a permanent underclass to exploit and promise the world to, only to keep them on welfare by making more promises and telling them evil Republicans want to take the welfare away from them. Meanwhile the Republicans must think that if they coddle these criminals they will sway them to vote Republican. That will never happen. We are being sold out by politicians only interested in gaining or maintaining power and it is reprehensible.

“Federal law prohibits Hazleton from enforcing any of the provisions of its ordinances,” Munley wrote in a 206-page opinion following a federal trial in which Hazleton’s law was challenged by civil rights groups.

  Why are they not allowed to enforce the town’s law? It doesn’t say in this article. Surely there must be precident, the judge can’t be showing a bias here, can he?

  Hazelton’s law was challenged by civil rights groups, can you say ACLU? Sure you can. How does the AMERICAN Civil Liberties Union apply NON-AMERICANS? Why do we put up with this day in and day out? How has this happened to us? The ACLU should be defending us, the AMERICAN people against this onslaught of welfare seeking, criminal, depravity that is seeping over our border under the guise of doing the work Americans won’t do. God, that statement urks the hell out of me. Americans will do any job they have to if it means supporting their families. Eliminate welfare and the illegals leave, and suddenly there won’t be many jobs the welfare collecting slobs won’t do.
