Moveon.org is Beginning to Turn on Democrats
According to this article moveon.org may be beginning to turn on the Democrats that aren’t anti-war enough. Rep. Brian Baird’s (D-Wash.) just returned from Iraq and he has changed his position.
Baird recently returned from a trip to Iraq and reversed his position on a withdrawal timetable, citing military progress in the four-year-old war.
MoveOn is calling the move a “flip-flop” and says it goes against the views of his constituents.
Baird goes to Iraq and sees the progress that the mainstream media fails to report. After seeing the successes we have recently been having over there he changes his tune on the timetable for surrender. This is something that the far left cannot have so they immediately target him even though he has been on their side. Moveon.org has too much invested in us losing in Iraq to actually want us to win there, so they have to attack anyone who may have a differing opinion. Even someone who has been there and seen first hand the progress we have made. To them this is the biggest ptoblem of all, progress in Iraq. It doesn’t fit the mold of us already losing over there. Instead of listening to differing views, they look to silence them.
This is more proof that the far left has taken over as the Democrat party base. They are so busy pandering to the far left ideologs that they have abondoned their true base, and that base is the more moderate Democrat voters.

Ah! It’s just as I’ve always suspected. They ARE Martians!
Ok, maybe not, but the left is no longer “democrats” in the sense they used to be. Just like we’ve been saying for a long time now, it certainly seems the the “normal” dems and the more sane and rational members of their party are being overrun by the fringe extremists. I guess this is about as much proof as you need, eh? I think that one of these days we’re going to see the democratic party split into a second party simply because the far left and the sane left can’t see eye to eye. What’s really funny is that these people are damn near socialist, yet they won’t call themselves socialist – they would rather call themselves democrats, which is displacing the true democrats. Go figure.

They can’t afford to lose the battle they have set about fighting; operating as though the Right doesn’t have a voice as though it’s still just the same old msm, they continue to fight with mendacity.
The people they regularly convince is/are(?) themselves.

Correct, when you here all the Democrat candidates talk you realize they ARE socialists. Who will pay? We will.
blandly, they do seem to be preaching to the choir, I don’t see what they are doing to lure others in. Hopefully this will be their undoing.
