No Charges in Barack Obama Assassination Plot
The suspects in the Barack Obama assassination ploy will face no charges on the assassination plot. It seems there is not enough evidence against them to bring charges.
US Attorney Troy Eid said: “There is insufficient evidence that there was any kind of a plot or a threat but we’ll keep an open mind as we look.
I guess the fact that one of the men admitted that he was going to kill Obama isn’t enough to hold the men on suspicion of plotting an assassination; here is what one man said when questioned:
one of the suspects told authorities they were “going to shoot Obama from a high vantage point using a … rifle … sighted at 750 yards.”
Law enforcement sources told Maass that one of the suspects “was directly asked if they had come to Denver to kill Obama. He responded in the affirmative.”
That is not enough to hold these men for charges of an assassination plot? The men are still being held on weapons charges. Think about this for a minute, a man admits he wants to shoot Obama and the police don’t think that there is enough to hold him.
This is typical soft on crime liberal mind-think at it’s finest. The “excuse” for these men is that they are drug addicts. They can’t help themselves, they are victims. Therefor they can’t be held accountable for their actions. How ironic is it that the “nobody is to blame for their actions” has no led to a man who is a card carrying liberal being the target of these “victims.”
It doesn’t even matter how capable these men were of actually carrying out this ploy, the fact is that the thought was there as was the intention, but because they are drug addicts and have an excuse to deflect the blame from themselves no charges will be brought against them.
Perhaps now that the most prominent liberal was to be the target of this crime it will persuade Democrats to rethink their soft on crime stance. I doubt it, according to them we just need to try to understand what would drive someone to this level of desperation. We can’t punish them we need to understand them

I think you’re jumping to conclusions when you are saying that a liberal agenda is what getting these suspects off the hook. How do you know that the officers involved in the case are not white supremacists who trying to give the suspects a second chance to get the job done?*
Most cops that I’ve encountered are usually die hard conservatives but that is my microcosm that might not apply to Denver. Maybe the suspects were totally stoned when questioned and the questions were phrased such that it would be hard to prosecute them? Cops do make mistakes.
I don’t know. There doesn’t seem to be enough facts to come to the liberal conclusion (maybe you’ve read something that I hadn’t).
What has me wondering is why the SS is not involved in the case. I thought they were supposed to treat any threat as credible.

I almost believe this Republican DA Troy Eid will tell these poor little white meth boys to straighten up and fly right. This republican goes beyond liberal to just plain stupid, which makes the best republican puppet. Is Troy sending a message that it’s OK to other potential assassins? Wake Up America!
