Vermont AG Candidate Promises to Prosecute President Bush for Murder
One of the moonbat capitals of the country is Vermont and this is more proof of why. Charlotte Dennett is running for attorney general of Vermont and she has promised to bring charges against President Bush for murder.
She is even going to hire the man who prosecuted Charlie Manson (Vincent Bugliosi) to handle the investigation.
Now the way I understand it it is the job of the attorney general of a state to prosecute state cases, I don’t understand how a federal “murder” case would fall within her jurisdiction. She would be better off in my opinion worrying about the state of Vermont.
Somebody needs to remind the far left, radical moonbats that there is no need to run against George W. Bush, he isn’t going to be on the ballot.
wow — can you say — out of line?

They don’t have jurisdiction. There are mechanisms for handling that in the constitution and regardless whether or not you think that Bush did something criminal, congress failed to act.

The argument in Bugliosi’s book is that any state attorney can bring murder charges against Bush if a soldier in their state died in Bush’s war in Iraq.
Why shouldn’t public officials be held responsible? Are they really incapable of causing the wrongful death of their own citizens? Is Bush above the law?
People keep talking about “restoring our standing in the world.” That moral standing came from our conviction of war criminals at Nuremberg. If we don’t hold our public officials responsible pursuant to the international laws that we helped establish, then there is no chance we will restore this moral integrity everyone is pining for. Is Bush guilty of murder one? Probably not, but he is guilty of something. The lies are well documented by this point.
Read Bugliosi’s book rather than dismissing it as “moonbat”. I don’t think he would be offended if you borrow it from the library to deny him the profit. He sent a free copy to all the lawyers with jurisdiction, he’d probably send you one too.

Hey, Goofball,
The Vermont would not be prosecuting a federal murder case. She would be prosecuting the murder only of those KIA’s that were citizens of Vermont. Any state AG can do the same. You might read Bugliosi’s book. He lays it out pretty well. The deans of some very prestigious law schools agree with him. If the AG’s of the other 49 states would follow suit, it could make Dubyah’s life after January, 2009 rather interesting. It might also impose some measure of justice for the 4500 American’s he has killed in his phoney war.

The deans if some law schools agree with him. Am I supposed to be impressed? What a shocker that the heads in charge of the liberal indoctrination facilities agree with him.
If you people just want to insist that America should never defend herself, than fuck it. You deserve all that happens because of your weak ass policies.
