Latest New Hampshire Congressional Poll (09/27/08)

September 27, 2008

Blue Hampshire

Blue Hampshire

With the race for governor a foregone conclusion I turn now to the congressional races for just a little bit of (audacity of) hope.

In my district Jeb Bradley leads moonbat Carol Shea-Porter by a 45%-43% margin with 12% undecided. A very tight race and well within the margin of error. Let’s not forget however that Jeb Bradley had a fairly large lead two years ago all the way up until election day and then lost in a huge upset.

In the second district Paul Hodes maintains a lead over his Republican challenger,  Jennifer Horn. by a margin of 38%-26%, however 33% are still undecided. Anything can still happen.

New Hampshire Republicans have a decent chance to pick up one congressional seat, but we still don’t know if Republicans are going to go to the polls this year. Two years ago Republicans stayed home but John McCain is popular here so he may draw them out. This could have a positive effect for John Sununu also as he is in a close race for his senate seat.

I just signed up on Friday to vote as a New Hampshire-ite! I really hope the Republicans and the Undecideds(independents) – like me – get out and vote.
