Who is coming on your blog saying that Obama isn’t a socialist? Thats the easiest question I’ve been asked in a long time.

Apparently the definition of “Socialist” has changed since I studied history and political theory. Of course, the alternative answer to your poll question is, ‘No, he’s not a Socialist, he’s a Communist.”
I just wish I could view four years of an Obama Presidency with scholarly detachment. I can’t though, the thought worries me. The American people could become inured to the Socialist way of life.
What really irritates me is the thought that he will take my income tax dollars and give them to the welfare bums in their BMWs who used to drop their kids off at the school where I taught. No Daddy, and Mom had perfect hair and nails and a knock-out set of clothes. The kids didn’t have pencils or paper, and Mom couldn’t come to conference time. They lived in subsidized housing and the kid got a free breakfast and a free lunch. The BMW was new, brand spankin’, shiny NEW!
