President Obama’s Stimulus Plan to Include Money for ACORN

January 27, 2009

President Obama’s stimulus package is nothing more than a scheme to send billions of dollar into left leaning government entitlement programs designed to grow the government and the people reliant on government.

President Obama’s stimulus package is a one trillion dollar pork barrel, earmark bill. It is welfare.

It’s just a long list of spending items. Not a real economic stimulus job creation bill,” Vitter said. “It’s line after line after line of favorite liberal spending programs, and it amounts to a big government bill — not a job creation bill.”

The latest acknowledgement of this is the realization that ACORN could be the recipient of billions of dollars under this stimulus bill.

Republican lawmakers are raising concerns that ACORN, the low-income advocacy group under investigation for voter registration fraud, could be eligible for billions in aid from the economic stimulus proposal working its way through the House.

ACORN is a corrupt liberal organization that is actively engaged in voter fraud and for their crimes they are going to be rewarded by the president that they helped to elect.

This bill is being used as a payoff for all of the liberal groups that contributed to H’s election. This is not a stimulus bill and it never was meant to be. This is a bill designed to repay all of the liberal organizations that helped get Barack Obama elected, it is also the first salvo in his re-election campaign.

If Republicans go along with Obama on this pork barrel, big government, higher spending, entitlement, welfare, irresponsible spending bill than they deserve  losing yet another election in 2010. It is time to draw the line in the sand. With America on the verge of a recession the last thing that the country needs is more spending and more taxes.

You know, I think I agree with Rush Limbaugh when it comes to this stimulus bill. It is a spending bill to keep the democrats in power for a long time until they the “remaking” of American done.

I agree, I think that is exactly what this bill is.

I’m always relieved when those whom I disagree with also use names such as “whiteamericanpatriot”.

It is in my opinion that any person reaching a certain level of public-office-holding must have a certain level of egotism and pride in order to get that far; perhaps this is partly to keep the democrats in power. However, it is also in my opinion that the money that is being reallocated is much more deserved at the bottom than at the top. Maybe this is not the perfect solution, but, in comparison with the wrong solutions we have seen, it is hardly wrong by the same standards.

“money that is being reallocated is much more deserved at the bottom than at the top.”

I guess that statement is where we disagree. I just don’t want money reallocated. I believe that a person who is successful and earns their money deserves to keep it. I am by no means at the top, rather in the middle, and I work hard for my money amd I don’t like giving it away to people who aren’t willing to help themselves. I know that it sounds harsh but I have two boys that I want to provide for as best I can and when the government takes my money to provide for somebody else I get angry. This just makes it harder for me to provide for my children. If that makes me selfish, and I am sure some people will read that comment and believe that it means I am selfish, than so be it.
