Obama to Consider Radical Measures to Curb Global Warming
According to John Holdren, the president’s science adviser, the president is ready to take drastic, radical actions to save the planet from the hoax that is also known as global warming.
One of the stupid ideas that is being seriously looked at is shooting pollution into the atmosphere in order to deflect the sun’s rays. Correct me if I am wrong, but haven’t we been told that pollution (renamed greenhouse gasses) is what is causing global warming?
I thought that car exhausts and big factories were belching pollution into the air and this was causing the planet to warm. Isn’t the president’s cap and tax trade proposal supposed to punish companies who pollute too much? Now we are being told that polluting the air is a technique that can be used to save the planet from the factories that are polluting the planet.
If polluting the air is the only way to stop global warming then wouldn’t it be beneficial to drop the cap and tax trade proposal and allow the factories to continue to pollute the air? The only problem is that there is no money in that for the government, and that is what this whole scam is about; raising revenue (taxes.)
The more these people talk the more credibility they lose.

I’m beginning to think some of our elected officials as well as President Obama have “inhaled” too much of that pollution. It is robbing them of brain cells and common sense. Sometimes, all you can do is shake your head in disbelief.

Mr Pink Eyes, the lie-ber-als have gone so far down the global warming road they simply cannot turn back. I dare to say, that even if the Gulf of Mexico froze over they would continue to preach “global warming”. It has become their religion since most have no other. Seriously, this issue is a means to an end with them. A way for them to consolidate more and more control. The main stream of their party has adopted the radical environmentalist agenda. I’m like you I believe the global temperatures are either rising or falling–I don’t know which. What I do know however, is that man has little if anything to do with it. And to think we can somehow change the earth’s weather patterns borders on insanity. All the scientist in the world cannot predict which leaf will fall first from the mighty oak on a autumn day. And yet, we can change the weather—give me a break!!!!

Those assholes can’t tell us what the frigging weather is going to be TOMORROW! What in Hell do they know about ten years from now? NOTHING! Besides, you are right about polution being the so-called “problem” and Al Gore is going to have a fit when HE hears about this plan! After all, it doesn’t fit in with HIS plan.

True on both counts. I don’t even listen to the weather reports any more because they are wrong most of the time, and Al Gore might just have something to say about this plan. Maybe after we intentionally poluute the air even more Al Gore will say we then have to decrease the pollution at an even faster rate to make up for the pollution that we sent up thus making carbon credits even more needed and in demand. Wow, I am talking around in circles now!
