Obama May Turn Bailout Money Into Stocks in an Attempt to Nationalize the Banks

April 20, 2009

Who didn’t see this coming? The president is now considering turning the money that the government loaned the banks into stock options. As I have said before, once the government gains control of something they never give it back and this is just the next logical step in this president’s incursion into the private sector.

Under this plan the government will become the largest stock holder in the nation’s 19 largest banks. This is being justified by the administration as a means to save the taxpayers money but it is nothing but a government takeover of the banking industry and a nationalization of the biggest portion of the banking industry.

This is what happens when a private industry hops in bed with the government. And I thought it was bad enough when the president fired the CEO of a private company and I thought it was bad enough when the president ordered another company to merge with a foreigncompany but this takes the cake. The federal government will now have a majority stake in 19 of the biggest banks in the country, a majority voting interest.

This goes well beyond this president’s other intrusions on the private sector. Evidently being the CEO in Chief wasn’t enough for him, he now wants to try his hand in the banking industry. If the president is this interested in running banks I would suggest that maybe he made the wrong choice by going into politics in the first place.

The government is on the verge of nationalizing the banking industry and there isn’t a damned thing that we can do about it. America is headed into uncharted waters, at least on this side of the Atlantic. America is headed towards European socialism.

He who controls the purse strings…..

I have to make it public. It’s suppose to be secret, however most people in Austin, Tx knows about it. The police department has machine that can read your mind. A machine that can read someone’s mind will be used to violate EVERYONE’S CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS!!! It can also change the way you feel. Sexual impulses, anger, and paranoia are all feelings they can induce to you at their fingertips. This means it can cause a girl or boy to feel sexual, and get raped thinking they wanted to. Its like a drug. This is just one of the many crimes they commit with this machine RIGHT NOW!!!! They are using it right now to spy on their citizens RIGHT NOW!!! People will be spied on in there homes, without a warrant. (this means someone will be able to watch you during sex without your knowledge.) There are a lot of people all over the United States knowing about this machine. The police department is able to use it to spy on people in their own home. During interrogation they keep a person dazed, confused and not sound of mind to cohersed them into making certain statements. This is a violation of these people’s constitutional rights. Start thinking about how the government has given the police department a weapon to commit not only one of the biggest civil and constitutional rights violations of all time, but to commit war crimes such as rape, brainwashing, and toturing people without the victim’s knowledge. I know it is hard to believe, however if you happen to know someone in the police department who cares for you enough, just ask if they have a machine that can read and control people’s mind. After that, I would also like people to think about how we are able to get the government to stop letting the police department violate the people’s civil and constitutional rights, and committing war crimes against there own citizens. Major media companies have knowledge of this, but are not willing to broadcast it. People need to find out and talk about this issue.

Yes, once the government starts down a road its almost impossible to turn things around. The income tax was levied to pay the cost of WWI, suppose to be temporary, but…. Obama is a socialist and people need to wakeup. Unfortunately, many want some type of socialism. Many feel they need the government to care for them–thats a reality one must face. We are almost to the point in this country where a minority will have to pay the way of the majority. A sad state of affairs.

Well, even though we all saw this coming, the total socialization of our once great nation, I am still in disbelief that it is actually happening. This is like a bad dream from which I cannot wake.
We WILL have to do something soon to take back our Nation from the liberal social democrats. I just wonder how bad things will have to get before enough of us are ready to do it.
I agree with you Steve, that it would be far better if we could take back our country at the polls, in a peaceful exercise of democracy, but I fear that it has gone too far for that. We are on the eve of either a revolution or a complete loss of our liberties. And as far as I know, no peaceful revolution has ever succeeded. All things trend naturally toward chaos and disorder, the natural state is disorder and it takes action and force to reinstate order. And it will take action and force to reinstate the order that was once this great Nation.
I am ready and willing to what ever must be done to insure the liberties of my children and theirs. And I am pretty sure that you are also.
We need to work together, to unite against this evil that is destroying our country and our world. But how do we do that? What do we do now? Where do we go from here?

I know how you feel, it isn’t surprising that Obama is doing this to us but it is still hard to believe that the country is actually headed down this path.
The questions you ask are valid ones and they are the same ones that I keep asking myself. I am ready to do whatever it takes also, I just don’t know what it takes yet.

First and foremost, we need to throw out all incumbents in the next election and start with people who know they won’t be around long enough to worry about it. Term limits and new people would hopefully create an atmosphere in Washington where the country would come first. No more worries about party line and getting re-elected, just vote your conscience, work like heck for two years and give it up to someone else. Go back home and go back to work.

We just need to come up with the right candidates and organize the anti-incumbent vote.

Well said. Term limits seem like they would be the answer, but how will we ever get people to vote themselves out of a job?

Government control.. hmm…AND the taxpayers won’t see any of the money back. GREAT! I guess when you get into congress, you have to leave your brain and your conscience at the door. Makes it easier to be an Obamaton. I’ve heard recently news stories trying to separate Pelosi/Reid from P.O. I’m not buying it. Congress is Obama’s schill. And tragically, David Kellerman found out life on easy street isn’t always so easy.
