Two academy members want Al Gore stripped of his Oscar

December 5, 2009

Roger L. Simon and Lionel Chetwynd are two members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and they want their organization to strip Al Gore of his Oscar.

These two men want Al Gore stripped of his Oscar because of the Climategate scandal in which we have learned that the evidence has been manipulated by climate change scientists to promote a very profitable and now very political agenda– Al Gore’s agenda.

Al Gore should have been stripped of his Oscar last year once it was learned that he had taken a fictional scene from the movie “The Day After Tomorrow” and represented it as a real life example of what was happening in his propaganda documentary “An Inconvenient Truth.” But he was allowed to keep his ill-gotten trophy and this Oscar helped him to win the Nobel Peace Prize. (As sad as that is at least Al Gore did something to win the once esteemed price, I guess, unlike the latest prize recipient.)

Winning the Oscar and the Nobel Peace Prize set Al Gore on the path that has made him the man who has profited the most from this scam. Nobody has profited more from the global warming hysteria than Al Gore has, and now that we have irrefutable proof that Al Gore’s pet project has been based on falsified and deliberately misleading information the least that he could do would be to admit that not only was the science he  based his documentary on a lie, but that his whole cause has been a lie from the beginning. He has known that this was a scam from the beginning and he has become a rich man telling people what they must do to save the planet while he has been living the exact opposite lifestyle.

If this man had any conscience whatsoever that is what he would do. I think it is safe to say that it isn’t going to happen. Al Gore has been living a lie and Climategate has exposed him and his radical and faulty agenda.

Look. Climategate is a non-scandal. I have read all the e-mails and not once in any of them do they talk about drastically changing the data for profit. The worst that happens is one scientist says that if one of their colleagues sends a paper to a peer review journal it will get rejected because its full of bad science. And it does.

If you want to talk about a real climategate, look here http://griperblade.blogspot.com/2009/12/climategate-what-about-exxongate.html

That being said, if you have proof from the e-mails, in context, of fraud please let me see them. You would be the first website to do so.

Not the first time that old Al has been exposed for stretching the truth (if there was any to begin with…). Had a post in 2007 on some of his shenanigans here.

I suspect that Gore does believe his own lies. When one tells lie after lie they become the truth in the mind of the liar—just like the big fish stories repeated at the marinas. Glad to see someone in the academy has some sense, I’m surprised.

He probably does and in a way I suppose that makes it a little better. If he doesn’t believe what he is saying and is only saying it to become rich that would be really disgusting. But is he is saying it because he really believes it and he just happens to get rivh because of it, it is a little less disgusting.

Take it away?!?! I think they should give him more! after all, they believed his hogwash, didn’t they? And the peace prize is in the same category (essentially useless) as the oscar. What I am heartened by is the news I heard— Algore is not going to speak at Copenhagen!?!!!! ANd the president is not going until the 18th? All I can hope is that these things piled up on each other will help to destroy cap & tax.

Al Gore should be up for an Emmy for his performance over the years! The media is portraying Obama’s delay on Copenhagen as a sign that he is about to achieve something great. They are claiming that if he went at his originally stated date that he would just be making an appearance but now that he is goin in the last weekend that there is a chance for him to make real progress.

You should see the cartoon Dale did on my blog on this very subject! He has Gore saying, “I said it was the “inconvenient truth” no the “accurate truth.” Ha! Love that! http://www.aup2.com/out-of-order/

I can’t remember where I read it, but a group of American scientists have actually gone through the e-mails and said they do indeed prove that there was a predetermined effort to fudge the data. Sorry Sam! I’ll see if I can dig up the url again! I probably saved it.
