Climategate: 15 states sue the EPA to stop them from regulating greenhouse gasses
Claiming that the EPA relied to heavily on the IPCC’s fraudulent climate change data to come to its assessment that greenhouse gasses pose a threat to humanity, at least 15 states have joined in a lawsuit to stop the EPA from issuing regulations until their finding has been re-examined.
If EPA doesn’t reopen the hearings we will move forward to try to stop them from regulating greenhouse gases,
Even though the IPCC has been caught trying to manipulate the data, and even though the IPCC is in the midst of a major scandal, the EPA still stands by their finding that was based on the information that was given to them by the IPCC.
The question of the science is settled
The House passed a climate change bill last year but it has stalled in the senate. Barack Obama feels that the EPA will provide him a means to get his radical climate change agenda instituted, declaring that he supports letting the EPA regulate greenhouse gasses if the senate fails to do so.
The congress may be on the verge of handing Barack Obama a healthcare “victory” without a vote, and it appears as if Barack Obama may be able to get a climate change “victory ” without a vote either. Does anyone else see a troubling pattern emerging from the Obama administration?
Climategate has revealed a scandal of epic proportion, only you wouldn’t know it by listening to the mainstream media, but this could be the opening salvo of a long battle ahead on climate change. There is no way that any climate change legislation should go forward until a full investigation has been concluded on the IPCC, to do otherwise would be irresponsible. Hopefully this lawsuit is the beginning of the end for the global warming alarmists.

If you have never read the book “Americas 30 years war” you should.
In it the author describes among many other things the lefts strategy of inching the American population into communism.
He calls it the salami effect. They make as large a slice as possible or as small a slice as will be tolerated..
Each slice means less freedom more regulation.
Once a slice is cut off it is lost forever. Slowly but surly freedom is replaced with communism.
Entitlement programs, much of government regulation and legislation dealing with the environment are all slices of the salami and none have ever been repealed if they fail to accomplish their goal.
Fact is they actually do accomplish their goal.
The states can sue all they want. While obama and his crony Congress are in office a power given to the EPA will never be taken away.
The left will never give up on climate change legislation and they will never back down.
It is a very powerful tool for them to redistribute wealth. (Our wealth not theirs)
The only way to repair the situation is to cut off the funding completely.
That day is coming…It’s called Tax revolt…it is only a matter of time before the producers cut off the non producers and America goes Galt.

I see a few more options Rick. Lawsuits, ballot boxes, Assertion of states rights. A tax revolt is liable to land you in jail. You won’t do much good there.

At least its fun to fantasize about it. Not very likely to stop the payroll tax now are we?

Who knows where all of this will end. It’s clear that the left wants to Cloward-Piven the economy from every conceivable direction in order to finish what they started. States will sue, we will vote, states may even threaten succession, but how it all comes about is rather unclear to me.

The movement for AGW is a big dark political entity. Did you vote the members of the UN’s IPCC into office? Have you ever been asked your thoughts and opinions about whether we should actually be funding their activities? If you had any say in the matter would you continue to support their activities, considering the (to date) number of debacles (gates) that have been identified in just the one document? How many gross errors does it take before you are known as totally unreliable?

After Healthcare get ready for Cap and Tax and Immigration Reform to be push thru using the Nuclean Option. Does anyone really have any doubt that having met with success of Healthcare the democrats will not use it again and again before the fall elections.

The Dems that passed Healthcare are now 100% committed to the goose step now.
They are going to cut as much salami as they possibly can before November.
They may lose for a time but they know the American population will forget and they will get another chance.
What we need to do is point out to our democratic friends (and brain washed collage students) what their vote is doing.
Americas 30 year war was published in 98 and to read it is to get scared to death and enraged at the same time. Written by a Hungarian who witnessed both the Nazi occupation and then the Soviet, he explains the similarities in America moving forward. It’s prophetic.
