A granite state of mind: I’m going home
October 7, 2010
Well, I have been far from my home for the last two weeks doing a field install in Missouri for the company I work for, but tomorrow I will be boarding a plane and heading home.
I managed to keep blogging while I was on the road but I have to admit that it was tough; my head wasn’t in it because my heart was elsewhere. Leaving my family behind for such an extended period of time was not easy to say the least, but finally tomorrow we will be together once again. Everything will be as it should.
The next time that I post it will be from the friendly confines of my home.
I may still be in Missouri, but I have a granite state of mind:

If you mentioned it, I missed it – you said the idea of flying made you uncomfortable, and you tend to avoid is. In light of that, how was your flight, and are you looking forward to the flight home or dreading it. Or something in between?
At any rate, it should be a safe and uneventful flight, and may God bless us all!

Yeah, my flight down here was my first flight. I have always been afraid of flying so I never tried it. Once I knew that I had no choice I had enough time to prepare myself for the fligh; I was ready. I am now ready for the flight home, I am not nervous about the flight but I am anxious to get home! Thanks for the well wishes.
