February 6th, 2011: Ronald Reagan turns 100

February 6, 2011

As many of you know today marks what would have been Ronald Reagan’s 100th birthday. There are no words which I can write that would adequately describe this great American, so instead I leave my readers with the following video. Happy Birthday to a great American.

And just for good measure, here is the video which will air just before kick off of the Superbowl later tonight:

I think our greatest President, in the 20th Century. Obama is NO Reagan.

No he isn’t, although he thinks he can fool us into thinking he is.

Agreed. Completely aside from his policies, the thing I loved most about President Reagan was his eternal optimism. It was enough to buoy the spirits of the entire nation. Obama seems to be doing everything in his power to trash the nation’s spirit.

So true, and I am sick and tired of listening to him bash America every chance he gets!

You know, right after CommoBama got “elected,” there was a big push to put his likeness on Mt. Rushmore. For what? Being the first “black” to be elected? The one who REALLY should be up there is Ronald Reagan, and only him next to the previous ones.

What a contrast this scheming Leftist snake Obama provides to towering success and time-proven principles of Ronald Reagan.

Regardless of the current JournaList narrative, Obama is plainly no Reagan.

Actually… the current occupant of the WH Oval Office is pretty much everything ole Dutch tried to warn us about…

Her certainly is exactly the opposite of Reagan and the media can try to tell us otherwise but most people know the truth.

Mr. Reagan was, without a doubt, the greatest President in modern American history.

Many try to compare others to Ronald Reagan, they describe them as being Reaganesque. Those folks couldn’t carry water for Ronald Reagan.

Rest in peace Sir! You set the standard for Conservatism, and to this very day, none have even come close to your greatness.

And the sad part is I don’t see anyone on the horizon either.

I agree…………..with the possible exception of John Bolton.

I will be looking at John Bolton closely, do you think he has a chance of winning?

I watched a portion of the program yesterday honoring his birthday at his Library. To hear his former members of his staff who are so articulate and solid, made the contrast seem stunning with what we have today. A statesman through and through.

He was a statesman. That is much different from the politicians we have now.

He IS a statesman, and highly aware of what is going on in the world, and a conservative deep in his heart. I respect the man. If enough get behind him, he’ll have that chance. I have heard of many “contenders” who want to be President, want to have him as their running partner. I hope he doesn’t fall into that trap of listening to the idiots out there.
