Longshoremen destroy private property and hold guards hostage; Jimmy Hoffa must be proud

September 8, 2011

Just a few short days ago Jimmy Hoffa announced that he was ready become Barack Obama’s army and was ready to wage war on those that disagree with Obama’s policies when he stated it was time to”take the son of a bitches out.”

While he may have been speaking metaphorically we must remember that words have meanings and that some people might not understand the difference between figurative and literal talk. This was the lesson that Barack Obama said America needed to learn after the Arizona shooting. Yet Barack Obama decided not to condemn Jimmy Hoffa’s words, and with his silence appears to condone this type of violent rhetoric that he so vociferously opposed after the Arizona shooting.

Jimmy Hoffa apparently didn’t get the message after the Arizona shooting, and today it looks as if a group of union thugs have taken Jimmy Hoffa’s words to heart.

Hundreds of Longshoremen stormed the Port of Longview early Thursday, overpowered and held security guards, damaged railroad cars, and dumped grain that is the center of a labor dispute, said Longview Police Chief Jim Duscha.

Six guards were held hostage for a couple of hours after 500 or more Longshoremen broke down gates about 4:30 a.m. and smashed windows in the guard shack, he said.

In the end nobody was hurt, but private property was damaged and these thugs actually took hostages for a couple of hours. I can’t help but think that Jimmy Hoffa’s violent rhetoric, and the president’s apparent approval of the statement, emboldened these men and spurred them to action. Coming so soon after Jimmy Hoffa called his cronies Barack Obama’s army it seems inconceivable that this was just an enormous coincidence–wherever Jimmy Hoffa is today, he is proud.

This is just the beginning: Barack Obama has been playing a class warfare game since he began running for president and it now appears as if it is beginning to boil over. Thankfully nobody was hurt this time, but as the election draws closer and Barack Obama army gets more desperate I expect this type of thuggery to not only continue, but to grow more frequent and more violent. We might not be so lucky the next time, and the American people had better come to the realization shortly that this is exactly what Barack Obama seems to have wanted all along–everything that Barack Obama has said and everything that he has done has pitted one class of Americans against another class of Americans and as the left’s hyperbole has ratcheted up it seemed inevitable that this type of violence was sooner or later going to occur.

It has been clear for some time now, Steve, that one of Obama’s principle strategies is to divide the people with his class and race warfare rhetoric. You note that Obama did not condemn Hoffa’s language nor Biden’s. what we are seeing with the Longshoremen is just the beginning, I’m afraid.

I am also afraid that this is just the beginning; Obama failed to condemn Hoffa, Biden, Waters, and Carson and so we can expect this to be cranked up more as we move along. They are looking to insight violence and if they get it it will quickly be turned around and blamed on the Tea Party. It is disgusting!

True, we know how the game is played. Disgusting is a rather gentle word to use for what is going on.

I saw this story earlier today and wondered if you’d pick it up. An old friend of mine in Washington told me that this is the kind of thing that unions are allowed to get away with up there all the time, so I fear there will be no arrests, trials, or jail time for anyone. What I really fear is that eventually there will be extensive running gun battles in the streets…seems as though we’re moving in that direction…

How could there have been no arrests in Washington for this? Could it be because the police are union brothers? I wish I could disagree with your fears, but I fear the same thing as well.

Let’s imagine some Republican somewhere made a comment about illegal immigrants stealing from Americans and then, a few days later, someone drove into a Home Depot parking lot where workers were standing waiting for work and threw rocks at them. Would this be on Page One or not?

Is there anything that Jr. OR Sr. have been involved in that has had a good outcome? I am thinking…….NO!

I do not want to hear one more (d)emocrat/liberal/progressive/socialist/marxist/communist complain about the use of hate speech or violent words. After Waters and Hoffa’s speeches? Give me a break. Boing can’t start work in a plant in SC because unions do not like right to work states. Gibson guitars is being raided by agents from the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service because they think that to have too many Americans finnishing wood for finger boards is a violation of something in the Lacey Act. India did not thikk so when they shipped the wood.Yet other guitar makers who are democrat contributors do not get raided. The EPA prints a pamphlet to make it easier for their fellow eco-wacko’s to sue them for thing the EPA wants to pass but cant without getting the courts involved. What the hell is wrong with all these Gov agencies?

I get so sick and tired of these people lecturing us on how to act and then failing to live up to the same standards themselves, they have lost all credibility!
