Gunrunner: Hillary Clinton claims the State Department was not notified of Fast and Furious; if true this is a felony
During Janet Napolitano’s testimony last week it was learned that Fast and Furious was an OCDETF operation and not simply an ATF operation, if this is true than it means that several departments were involved–the number being floated about is ten–and had to sign off on the operation. Included in the scope is the Department of “Justice” yet Eric Holder maintains the unbelievable position that he did not know of the operation until after Brian Terry’s murder.
But what about the State Department? What did Hillary Clinton know? And when did she know it? Those are more questions that need to be answered.
The last paragraph of this article contained a revelation that I found to be quite interesting indeed; last week Hillary Clinton stated that the State Department was not notified of the deadly Fast and Furious operation. This is unbelievable on its face considering this was an OCDETF which would have required a sign off from the State Department, but even if we take Hillary Clinton at her word it brings to light another little problem for the Obama regime, in addition to Mrs. Clinton’s incompetency.
If it is true that the State Department was not notified that the federal government was sending weapons into a foreign nation it means the Obama regime is in violation of the Arms Export Control Act and may have committed several felonies in the process.
Isn’t it amazing how many heads of the departments involved in the gunwalking scandal claim they had no idea what was going on within their ranks? Are we really supposed to believe that nobody had control over the department they were chosen to lead?
The rats are all scurrying and trying to distance themselves from this scandal as it continues to grow, but in doing so they are obviously not thinking clearly or else Mrs. Clinton would not have made a gaffe witch implicated the Obama regime to a felony offense.
While people like Hillary Clinton are trying to cover their tracks they are instead exposing more lies and corruption and this is the latest example. Certainly if Mrs. Clinton had realized she would be admitting the Obama regime committed a felony by not notifying the State Department about Fast and Furious she would not have so blithely stated she knew nothing. The wheels are coming off the wagon and in their desperation the Obama regime is going to hang itself with the rope they are using to try to escape.
Either Hillary Clinton is lying and she signed of on Fast and Furious, or she is being truthful and the Obama regime is felonious. Which one is it?

Hillary Clinton may not be as astute as she thinks she is but she is not stupid. She is one dangerous woman. This administration is about as transparent as the vault a Fort Knox. There is a lot of mischief going on there. I don’t know if we will ever learn the truth. We need to keep embarrassing them with claims of incompetence. Maybe someone’s ego will crack.

C on F, the ego part might just be what takes them down, the “too big to fail” that they like to refer to the big companies as. As for Hillary, I don’t think she will take the heat for anyone, so if they were expecting her to be a player, they will be sorely disappointed. I guess my question is “is this administration SO dysfunctional that no one knows what the others are doing”? How can we possibly believe that?

I do think in the end it will be ego that does this administration in and the fall will be hard. Dysfunctional is a great way to put it and no it is not believable that these people didn’t know what was going on.

You are welcome, this is one of the most important stories in quite awhile in my opinion and it isn’t getting the coverage it deserves. I hope someday we learn all there is to know about this and hopefully before this administration’s time comes to an end.

Plausible Deni-ability comes to mind. Especially from someone who would like to move up the ranks. Remember this is a Communist regime. Everything that has been happening in this Administration has precedents in the former U.S.S.R.

She is trying to provide herself with an out but in doing so she may have hurt Obama. That may have been her intent also, I wouldn’t be surprised. There could be a power struggle going on behind the scenes for control of the country.

Gary, is it possible the more Hillary denies wanting to run for the presidency, the more we need to start watching her? However, she does have that freedom to talk as she does, at least for now. Our freedoms are slowly slipping away at a fast pace, if that makes any sense.

I hope there is a power struggle going on and that there will be someone run against Obama, might take him off his pedestal. I am worried however if we end up with a third party libertarian runner, it will hurt the republicans chance and split that group of people. Now if we have a green party candidate it will probably split the democrats. At this point, who knows what will happen, I think it is open for the taking. People are just plain tired of all the party politics. I know I am tired of BOTH parties.

Lou, I am afraid that if Hillary were to run against Obama that she might win and I think she would be tougher to beat than Obama. But it would certainly be fun to watch!
I think that the most likely people to run third party with enough name recognition to affect the election would be Trump and Ron Paul, and this would only ensure Obama’s reelection.

I too, think that if Hillary were to run, she would be harder to beat than Obama, right now. Ron Paul is saying he would not rule out running on a third party ticket, but that he was not planning on it. Hmmmm! You could take that either way. As for The Donald, didn’t his wife start hinting that he might get back in the race and would fund it himself, IF, he didn’t see someone running that he thought could win? We have a long way to go before this gets settled and I am already tired of the MSM telling us who is the top candidate and who is out of the race. Each week there is someone else that takes the lead. Isn’t anyone else tired of this already? This is sure going to be a long political process this time around.

Lou, I feel that there is going to be a third party candidate, possibly even four candidate because I think Trump and Paul may both get in this before we are done. This will easily hand Barack Obama the victory and it will be a disaster.
