Maxine Waters on the violence of the Occupy movement: “That’s life, it happens”
Not too long ago the ethically challenged Democrat Congresswoman from California, Maxine Waters, was asked about members of the Tea Party protesting the Obama regime’s bailouts and stimulus spending and she showed no concerns for the worries of the American citizens when she said they could “go straight to hell.”
For months we heard stories in the mainstream media about the potential for violence erupting at a Tea Party event, but when the violence didn’t break out the media was so disappointed that they tried to blame the shooting of Gabby Giffords on Sarah Palin and the Tea Party. Anything to prove the narrative that the mainstream media was trying to paint.
This is what Maxine Waters had to say about the Arizona shooting:
we absolutely must all do whatever is necessary to restore safety and security. We must rededicate ourselves to ending violence and promoting peace, and we must take necessary, commonsense steps to reduce the potential for killings like this
Then along came the Occupy movement and Democrats in the Congress, and the president himself, glommed onto the movement and told us what a wonderful thing it was to see disaffected youth begin to speak out. There were no concerns in the mainstream media about the potential for violence at these events and yet violence has broken out on several different occasions. When the OWS crowd isn’t bemoaning the international banking Jewry some of them are busy raping, murdering, assaulting, and vandalizing private property and yet the Democrats stand behind the Occupy movement.
Maxine Waters was asked about the Occupy violence, and one would think that she would not condone the violence in any way shape or form, but instead of telling the criminals to “go straight to hell” she had a slightly different message:
They will find some comfort in having some other people out on the streets with them. They’re looking for food. Often times, the criminal element will invade. That’s life and it happens, whether it’s with protesters or other efforts that go on in this country
Now Maxine Waters is of the belief that rapes and murders are simply a part of life that must be dealt with. How cold is that statement? What changed? Why did Maxine Waters reaffirm her support of the Occupy movement when she had a chance to distance herself from the violence the OWS crowd is directly responsible for?
Of course, we all know the answers to those questions, don’t we?
While I assume Maxine Waters is a fine, loyal friend and loving family member; and that in her own head she is supporting her agenda politically; it seems to me that she is a bigot. I don’t think she knows it. I think she thinks she is righteous.
To be clear, mine is a political commnet. I don’t know how else to explain it. I am even willing to entertain good reasons why she is a bigot, because there may be many legitament reasons. The right also has bigots. Still, she is a bigot.

Notice, she lets the ows goons off the hook by suggesting outside elements “invade.” Her legacy of stupidity continues. If she doesn’t fit the definition of human garbage I don’t know who does.

It couldn’t possibly be the OWS people in her mind so she naturally states that people have invaded the movement. How long will it be before Democrats start claiming the Tea Party are the ones invading OWS and committing these acts?

She talks out both sides of her mouth. I really can’t stand her. She’s another on who needs to be investigated.

She is part of that swamp that Nancy Pelosi promised to drain a few years ago but people keep voting her in, I don’t get it.

The real problem with OWS is that it’s simply rabble bemoaning their life’s conditions but accusing the wrong source. Wall Street is not the cause of their problems, our career politicians are. We have members of the Senate and house who have held office longer than the overthrown despots of the Middle East. Forty seven percent of our elected officials are millionaires, writing laws making it legal for them to benefit from insider trading, while throwing others, like Raj Rajaratnam, in jail for doing the very same thing.

Sadly what you wrote is all too true. These people don’t even realize who they are voting for when they head to the polls.

The political class is still acting as if the MSM still controls all of the message. Bloggers and talk radio are the plug that is clogging up the memory hole.
