Kirsten Powers admits there is a double standard in the media’s coverage of Joe Biden compared to Sarah Palin
Kirsten Powers was on Fox News to discuss Joe Biden and his comment on Romney and Ryan wanting to put people back in chains and she had a couple of interesting things to say.
She admitted that there was a “glaring double standard” in the way the media covers Joe Biden’s gaffes compared to the way Sarah Palin was and is covered in the media.
She also went on to say that Joe Biden was “overrated” as some kind of “foreign policy genius” just because he has been in the Senate for thirty years.
It is great to see someone on the left come out and admit what many of us have been saying for years, unfortunately I cannot post the video here but if you go here you will be able to watch the full video. I have been watching her for a few years and she is coming around to admitting if something is not right. I am suprised that they allow her to do that given that there are so many other talking heads that will do and say anything they are told, even though they know it is wrong. Good for Kirsten, there is hope for her yet.

There have been a couple of other times lately when she has broken ranks, and if a high profile Democrat like this can be wavering–even a little–than there must be some with in the rank and file as well.

Powers is intelligent (although she did date Anthony Weiner once) and she says these types of things sometimes like how Democrats treat Conservative women like shit but yet she stays a Democrat. To me, this shows he little “insights” are meaningless to her.

Yes, she does seem to take issue with the treatment of conservative women in the media and by Democrats. That does seem to be when she goes off the Democrat script.

Kirsten is like McCain, she keeps switching sides but maybe that’s the process you have to go thru to wake up to reality. What an awful name to have is weiner and then act like it but his wife is the real piece of work.
