Obamacare: claims costs will increase by an average of 32%

March 27, 2013

Here is the latest example of how wonderful Obamacare is going to be once it is fully implemented:

Medical claims costs — the biggest driver of health insurance premiums — will jump an average 32 percent for Americans’ individual policies under President Obama’s overhaul, according to a study by the nation’s leading group of financial risk analysts.

The estimates were recently released by the Society of Actuaries to its members

This study only includes those Americans who do not have healthcare through their employer, in other words these are the people whom Barack Obama is going to fine if they do not have healthcare insurance. How many of these people do not have healthcare insurance because they cannot afford it in the first place?

And now we are learning it will be even more expensive for them, but of course that is all part of Barack Obama’s plan to drive private insurance companies out of business, drum up support for single payer, and implement what has always been the end goal here–government run healthcare.

His plan is working to perfection…..

Gee. I guess the Obamumer lied again. He said he would never raise taxes on the middle class. Well, if he gets his way, soon there will be no middle class.

Once again the middle class will be hardest hit in all of this, and he is supposed to be the middle class warrior?

For those who voted for Obama and must buy their own health insurance they should consider this 32 0/0 increase as nothing more than a poll tax, after all their votes made this possible…enjoy you fools. For those who did not vote for this manchurian but must suffer all the same I believe the rest of us are sorry for your pain.

Oh joy. The truth about Obamacare is starting to come out and it isn’t good. Of course, we have been saying this all along, but no one would listen.

Yes, we tried to warn people but sometimes people actually have to see something to believe it and that is what is happening now. Unfortunately it is too late to do anything about it.

Well, that 32% sounds pretty good to me. My husband retired from a BIG company, has insurance thru his union. We got a letter that said in August our monthly co-payment will go from $50 to $495, that is just a tad bit over 32%, wouldn’t you say? How can we afford that on a fixed income? We can not, unless we cut back on alot of the essentials, how do you do that? So, I am thinking that is how Obama is going to get people to switch to “his” plan. Make it too expensive to keep that “what you have” insurance coverage. Remember him telling us we could keep it? I do not think the unions are too happy with him, supported him and this is what they get. My husband was a union member only because he had to be. Bastids! All of them!!!! I so dislike this whole bunch!

You told me about your plight before Lou and I feel for you because it sucks to think you worked your whole life to gain something only to see you aren’t getting what you told you were. I hope that it all works out for you and you are right about Obama’s agenda, he wants to drive up the prices so that people will be dependent on the government for things which are normally reserved for the private sector and it seems to be working exactly how he intended.

We are survivors, I told you that before, too! My point was that there are ALOT of us Baby Boomers that this has happened to. We alI knew it was coming, but we get this Administration in office and it is fast tracked. If we were in our 30’s it would be easier to build things back up, but that is not he case. I really think they want to hit the Boomers the hardest because we are probably the biggest generation of people now and with us getting older, this administration sees alot of money going for our medical. I see so many of my age group that voted for Obama and it makes me sick to think that they are the cause for their own demise and they don’t even know it.

Obama managed to scare your age group into thinking Republicans would screw then over and it helped him to win reelection, I wonder if they are now feeling duped by this man. It is frustrating to see that strategy work when it is so obvious that is what her was trying to do.
