The ATF revokes firearm license from the gun shop that sold Adam Lanza’s mother the Bushmaster “assault weapon” but won’t say why
Several years ago Riverview Gun Sales legally sold a Bushmaster assault weapon to Nancy Lanza. Nancy Lanza is the mother of Adam Lanza and she was the first victim in the Sandy Hook massacre. It was this weapon we are being told that Adam Lanza used to slaughter 2o schoolchildren although there is still a question as to whether or not this weapon was used in the massacre. Initial reports said that this weapon was left in the trunk and later recovered there by the authorities, but that hasn’t stopped the mainstream media from pushing Barack Obama’s narrative without question.
Shortly after the killings the federal government raided Riverview Gun Sales and now the ATF has revoked the firearm permit from the gun shop. The question is why, but the ATF is silent. Here is what the owner of the gun shop had to say:
There is nothing more devastating than the loss of a child,” LaGuercia said in a statement in December. “We are absolutely appalled that the product that we sold several years ago would be used in this type of horrendous crime. Our hearts go out to the victims and the families
From all accounts Riverview Gun Sales legally sold this weapon to a law abiding citizen so it sees as though an explanation is due because this seems highly unusual.
It appears as if the weapon and the shop which sold it are being held accountable for the actions of a deranged individual–much like Nakoula Basseley Nakoula is being held accountable for the Benghazi terrorist attack for making a video which was not responsible for the attack–but that appears to be the way Barack Obama’s Gestapo behaves in the new America. They are using fear and intimidation to target those with whom they disagree, and the fact that innocent businesses are being targeted and shut down for following a law with which Barack Obama disagrees should be frightening to all. Whose next?
This man / administration is so far out of control, it’s nearly unimaginable that the public (‘cept for a few bloggers) has remained silent …. and it doesn’t seem to be fear, … but rather apathy? Doesn’t bode well for our future ….

Agreed! The fact that the American people as a whole don’t seem to have a problem with the regime’s tactics does not bode well for what is sure to come.

Those who have been conned in to being against guns and gun owners know nothing about guns just as the jobless and economically disenfranchised, conned into voting for Obama, know nothing of economics or how jobs are created. Such a sad commentary on a great majority of the citizenry in this country.

I would love to tell you that you are wrong about this but sadly you are not. A majority of the voters do not understand the issues and they make decisions based on soundbites, and the Democrats are much better at getting their message out there.

When power goes unchecked it goes out of control. The poor gunshop owner probably is not able to challenge this action by the feds—just too expensive. But with the new laws in Connecticut I suspect many gun shops there will go out of business. That state has in many ways now thrown out the welcome mat to the criminal element.

The saying goes, you can’t fight city hall, and I think in this case that is the truth. There is no way this gun shop will be able to fight this and as a result they will be put out of business.

To start with, there are a great number of unanswered questions about the shooting at Sandy Hook. Many things we do not know, which is the media’s fault. They have done little to uncover what actually happened, which has made it much easier for the narrative that the liberals wanted to be sold to the American people.
Concerning the gun shop in question, I would really like to know why their license was revoked. On the surface, there is no reason for this action, so speculation abounds.

There certainly are many unanswered questions and we will never get the answers to those questions. This is kind of like when the feds raided Gibson ans took their wood away without cause and they still haven’t given it back. This is the point we have reached with this regime I suppose.

The Gibson raid is a good example. I still find it appalling that the government was able to seize so much of their valuable wood and never return it, even though charges haven’t been filed. Due process seems to have gone with the wind.

It sure does seem as if due process is gone in many cases, but where is the outrage of the people? Too many people still aren’t paying attention to what is happening.

They are intoxicated with their power. We can only hope to slow the juggernaut down in 2014. A long couple of years ahead.

If the Democrats take control of the House in 2014 we are in deep trouble and Obama’s main goal is making sure Nancy Pelosi is Speaker again.
