Benghazi: Were whistle-blowers threatened by the White House?

May 1, 2013

I have to admit that last week when I heard Trey Gowdy claim that “explosive” new hearings would be held on the terrorist attack in Benghazi on September 11th of last year I was skeptical to say the least. One thing we have learned from the first Benghazi hearings, as well as the Fast and Furious hearings, is that nobody is really going to be held accountable in these scandals so I did not intend to waste my time writing about them.

But now a whistle-blower has come forward and he is revealing some interesting little tidbits about the attack which cannot go ignored. This man’s lawyer is claiming that somebody in the Obama regime has threatened the potential whistle-blowers:

According to Toensing, these threats weren’t related to ambiguous matters. Rather, they were “specifically about Benghazi.” She says the threats went beyond the four State Department officials who’ve currently retained counsel. “People have been threatened at the CIA” as well, she claimed.

Toensing will not confirm where her client was on September 11, 2012–whether stateside, in Benghazi, or in another location outside Benghazi. However, she did say her client has “pertinent information” on the months leading up the attack, the eight hour time frame in which the actual attacks took place, and the eight day period following the attacks when the White House would not publicly classify the attacks as acts of terror.

Toensing claimed the threats relate to ending the careers of those with information about the attacks who cooperate with investigators and testify.

They have basically been told, according to a lawyer,  that if they tell the American people the truth about the attack their careers will be over. When Barack Obama was asked about this he stated that he was not “familiar” with people being threatened.

That is quite an interesting answer, isn’t it? It is not the outright denial you would expect from an innocent man, and it appears as if he is trying to distance himself from whomever threatened the whistle-blowers–probably because he knows it happened–while at the same time not exactly denying it happened in case it is proven that someone in the regime did in fact threaten these people.

Barack Obama once held whistle-blowers in high regard, going so far as to sign the Whistle-blower Protection Act as president, but now it appears as if he has no use for them whatsoever.

Our people were allowed to die in Benghazi. Ogovernment never sent aid and they tell us there was no way to get there in time. How did they no how long the battle would go on? Athey could have used one of the two drones to kamakzi the mortar and they didn’t do it. Hell, our President didn’t even check back to see how his people were doing. He must have been busy on something more important, right?

He did have something more important; first he had to catch up on some sleep and then he had a fundraiser to attend.

He may have been preoccupied with drawing a time line to determine if he will still be in office when his pre-teens will be in need if the morning after pill.
