College students thank the IRS for targeting conservatives

 Students at one college took it upon themselves to create a thank you card to the IRS for targeting conservatives and asked other students to sign it.

  Needless to say, while we don’t know how many students actually signed it, they found no problem getting students to sign the card. Here are a couple of the comments from people who signed the card:

I thought it was pretty funny because the IRS is actually doing the right thing but the wrong thing at the same time, you know what I mean?

  This student knows what the IRS did was wrong but she still funds it funny because she feels as if targeting conservatives is the right thing to do. The end justifies the means…..

I love discrimination!” says one student. “Support Obama, target the tea party!

  I understand that this is a handful of students at one college but I still find this mindset to be very troubling and I have to wonder how many students out there agree with what the IRS did because they have a political difference with the Tea Party.

  One student proclaims he/she loves discrimination, we can assume only when someone with whom they disagree is targeted, while another basically claims if you do not support Barack Obama you should be targeted.

  These young people have been brought up through the government run schools their entire lives and they have been indoctrinated into the liberal mindset and apparently that mindset now finds political intimidation and government targeting of individuals who disagree with The Party as acceptable political behavior.

  We’ve seen this type of activity throughout history in totalitarian governments and and makes me wonder what the future is for our country.

    How many millions cross the palms of Christian churches to republican campaigns tax-free all the time? This action was justified.

      This action was justified….this action was justified? You are so wrong. A government agency targeting conservative and Jewish organizations based not on any illegal or suspected illegal activity, but based solely on their ideology? How can that ever be justified? Dems doing it to Repubs or vice versa makes no difference – wrong is wrong; illegal is illegal.

      P.S. Using the IRS against his political enemies was one of the impeachment charges against Nixon.

      Explain to me exactly why it is so wrong for a Christian church to engage in political activities? It is their right to do so, regardless of what the IRS or the insane tax code says.

        It is clear that people like Kurt only think that people who agree with his positions should be heard and I fear that is a mindset which is prevalent on the left.

    Their actions exhibit the lack of understanding of tyranny; it shows the manifestation of hate -and their mental disturbance! One can only hope they come to understand ….. one way or another…

    You must first endure the winter to appreciate the spring- Kahlil Gibran. Wait till this generation of tattooed, nipple pierced, hooked up, selfish, self centered, spoiled, clueless, parental teat suckers get a taste of the gulag. They will then be free, free to woefully lament their youthful ignorance that led them to be hoisted on their own petard.

    This backs up what I wrote the other day. There are many on the left that are so brainwashed they believe anything progressives do is virtuous. Are these supposed to be our future leaders?

    I think the thank you card was a put on. I saw it on TV and a newsreporter did it to see how gullible university students are. The purpose of an university education is develop your critical thinking skills.The university where these students attend should be identified.

      The card itself may have been a gag but the fact that students were willing to sign it doesn’t make me feel any better.

    Critical thinking is the bane of the left. What appears to be increasingly a truism is that a majority of today’s college students can’t think their way out of a paper bag. When they see and hear Chris Matthews, Al Sharpton, Ed and Rachel pontificating about the founders and their dedication to equality do they feel the mayonnaise running down their legs? Probably so. These aberrations, these moral cowards of MSLSD et al are the heroes of the college crowd.

      Sadly you are right! They do not want debate because they feel they are the smartest people in the world and they believe that once their policies are implemented–by whatever means necessary–we will eventually see how brilliant they are.

    Anything that’s free most people will jump on. But when it comes at the expense of others I get pissed. If you don’t get off your ass and do something to improve yourself and become a productive citizen your a burden on the taxpayer. It’s hard enough trying to feed a family on middle class wages without having to pay for lazy bastards. This person posing as the president of this country is doing nothing more than pushing is Marxist ideology on the American population
