Syria used chemical weapons against rebels, Barack Obama promises more support for rebels while John McCain calls for airstrikes
It is now being reported that the Obama regime has concluded beyond a shadow of a doubt that Syrian President Bashar Assad used chemical weapons against the rebels seeking to overthrow him (where have we heard this before, Iraq maybe) crossing Barack Obama’s red line. In response to this news Barack Obama has pledged more support for the rebels:
The United States has conclusive evidence that Syrian President Bashar Assad’s regime has used chemical weapons against opposition forces seeking to overthrow the government, crossing what President Barack Obama has called a “red line” that would trigger greater American involvement in the crisis, the White House said Thursday.
In response, two U.S. officials said Obama planned to send weapons and ammunition to bolster the rebel forces, though the specific instance and timeline for delivery were unclear
At this point we should remember that the Syrian rebels have previously voiced support for al-Qaeda:
A Syrian rebel group’s pledge of allegiance to al-Qaeda’s replacement for Osama bin Laden suggests that the terrorist group’s influence is not waning and that it may take a greater role in the Western-backed fight to topple Syrian President Bashar Assad.
The pledge of allegiance by Syrian Jabhat al Nusra Front chief Abou Mohamad al-Joulani to al-Qaeda leader Sheik Ayman al-Zawahri was coupled with an announcement by the al-Qaeda affiliate in Iraq, the Islamic State of Iraq, that it would work with al Nusra as well.
Lebanese Sheik Omar Bakri, a Salafist who says states must be governed by Muslim religious law, says al-Qaeda has assisted al Nusra for some time.
“They provided them early on with technical, military and financial support , especially when it came to setting up networks of foreign jihadis who were brought into Syria,” Bakri says. “There will certainly be greater coordination between the two groups.”
It has been said that you can judge a person by the company he keeps so what does this say about our president? And what does this say about John McCain (who met with these al-Qaeda sympathizers) who is on record saying we should start commencing airstrikes against the Syrian president?

Honestly, I don’t have a good solution for the mess in Syria. 18 months ago we could have supported the rebels and brought this civil war to a satisfactory conclusion. This situation there now is out of control with no good outcome in sight. Obama may just toss caution to the wind and go all in, in that civil war just to deflect from all the scandals at home—who knows. I’m almost to the point of supporting Assad—he might just be better than the rebels. But then there’s the Iran question? Normally I take a firm position on issues like this, but I just don’t see a good way out of this mess—-thanks Barack, for getting us to this point.

The timing does make you wonder if this is a deflection from the scandals, Obama was told a few weeks ago that chemical weapons were used and he waited until now to give us this news.

Who couldn’t see this coming? Obama, after months of dithering, now decides that his red-line was crossed just when he needs a diversion away from all of his scandals. It looks like Bernanke will never be able stop creating money out of thin air; QE infinity-plus.

If Muhammed Hussain Obama can aide Al-Quada in wresting control of Syria only two more dominoes are left to fall, Algeria and Jordan. With the nit-wit McCain as his wing man Obama will have little resistance in bringing Syria into the fold. This would be laughable if not so dangerous. While writing this I’m watching a military channel documentary focusing on the air traffic controllers on duty that fateful day. A gruesome rinder of how foolish this country and its leaders are. This kowtowing to Islam is a death wish for western civilization. Imagine we are being led in a supposed war on terror against an unnamed enemy by a fox in the henhouse.

The US diplomatically has never understood the Arab/Muslim world and the Quran.

This has been going on for years because the House of Saud happily jumped in bed with western Big Oil and when the House of Saud demands something, western nations jump to do Wahhabist bidding and ask ‘how high’.
The entire Benghazi fiasco was nothing but a cover-up to funnel arms and money to Wahhabist jihadist in Syria.”

If it were something to do, it is to protect borders..stop the shit to come in.. and regain village village and a way to protect those village.. and chase until the very last of those freedom fighter .. and then election to give a Syrian to Syria …Bashar said he was alright with an election but not in the current situation, and it clearly understandable…

What a sense of proportion from the pretender in chief and his acolytes on both sides of the aisle. While the slaughter of hundreds of thousands of innocents in equatorial Africa is met with television hucksters appealing for $19.00 a month to provide food, shelter, schools, etc even as we send billions to the gangsters responsible for the genocide, we will now, using the death by chemical weapons of up to 150 civilians as the excuse, send untold millions of dollars in arms to aid Al-Quada, I mean “the Rebels”.Let’s wax positive; eventually these weapons will also be used to kill american troops so Obama will be getting his money’s worth. With Bill Clinton, John McCain, Lindsey Graham and others as cheerleaders this will be a slam dunk for Obama. Initially he will need to tread lightly to ensure continued congressional consent and not let the constitution get in the way of his plans for supporting the radical Islamic domination of first the middle east, Europe and then the entire western hemisphere. He can count on the an american public disinterested in those current pesky scandals bugging the administration to applaud Obama’s courageous stand in Syria. Get me a drink; I’d rather a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy…
