Professor from the University of Pennsylvania claims people who support a ban on late term abortions are racists

June 20, 2013

Yesterday the House of Representatives voted to ban late term abortions and needless to say this has become a very controversial vote even though this is going to go nowhere in the Senate.

University  of Pennsylvania Professor Salamisha had some strong words to say about the Republicans who voted for this ban. Here is what she had to say:

She expressed the possibility that Republicans support abortion bans so that white women will keep having babies, thereby “reproducing whiteness, white supremacy, white privilege.”

According to this educator Republicans who support this measure do so not because they are morally opposed to abortion but rather because they want to see black babies killed so that more white babies will be born than black babies.

Apparently she is not aware of the fact that more black babies are aborted than white babies so if this was in fact the motivation behind their votes it is actually 180 degrees backwards. In fact if these Republicans were voting to ensure black babies were aborted they would have voted against the ban, her argument is nonsensical on its face.

I think it is a safe assumption on my part to state that this professor is probably a supporter of Planned Parenthood so I think she may be interested in the woman who actually created Planned Parenthood. Margaret Sanger created Planned Parenthood and she just happened to have been an avowed eugenicist and an actual Nazi sympathizer who created the organization to help eradicate what she thought of as the problem of the brown and yellow races because she in fact was a white supremacist. She felt the minority races could be exterminated through the promotion of abortion and that is why so many Planned Parenthood locations are in minority and poor  neighborhoods–it wasn’t an accident.

So in reality this professor is actually supportive of a group which was founded by a white supremacist and she is opposed to the Republicans who are looking reverse this discriminatory policy and she is too stupid to even realize it.

Below is a video about Margaret Sanger which exposes her racist agenda which includes her chilling words about dealing with the negro problem, if you have not heard this before it is well worth seven minutes of your time because this is a person and an organization many on the left seem to support whether they know the truth about her or not. I would love to hear what this professor feels about this:

She is the one supporting racist policies and she doesn’t even realize it. Her ignorance is the left’s bliss.

Oh Steve, what an awful, hateful, obscene person. I knew about her beliefs, but actually hearing, with my own ears, her words and goals makes it so much worse.

The professor? Ignorant (I mean uneducated on the subject – I don’t mean that she is a stupid person). I guess she doesn’t understand that banning late term abortions would save babies of all colors.

Hearing her words from her mouth do make them even more chilling, doesn’t it?
I actually did call the professor stupid, perhaps I should have used the word ignorant instead but then again, her comments really were asinine.

I didn’t remember you had called her stupid. That’s fine, use the words YOU want. I am thinking of the future when people might look at things we have written, comments, articles. I’m trying to avoid giving people ammunition to use against the Party, lol. I’m not trying to be PC (I hate that), I’m just trying to avoid being overly insulting lol. I’ll let Bret be the one to give people hell, he’s very good at it.

Her comments ARE asinine! She has no clue and doesn’t even realize what she said makes no sense. It’s the common reaction and excuse – Republicans don’t want to do this OR do want to do this because they are racist. It is just so stupid.

There are black people and then there are nig***s, the woman falls in the latter category. I won’t elevate he status by calling her professor. Thats my dogs name and I suspect he has more sense that this jerk. If anything, by supporting abortion she is backing a position that kills far more black babies than white ones, but she evidently isn’t even aware of that. No wonder students coming out of schools like the Univ. of PA are so lacking in there knowledge of the real world. But I will say this, that if we continue to allow complete idiots like this to teach our kids they we are really screwed. The real problem here is not so much what she said, but it is that she gets to spew this racist hate to young impressionable young people who swollow it hook, line and sinker.

Salamisha is speaking to the choir, The comments were made on msnbc – not an unbiased news outlet. The choir does not want to be confused by facts. Every month the our conservative legislators need to introduce a bill to cut one month off the time line for allowing abortions.

Currently, North Dakota bans abortions at the sixth week of pregnancy. This would be a good interim goal.

I’m always amazed the idiot liberals who are apparently completely unaware of the history of their own party with regards to race. The Democrat opposition to the Civil Rights Act, the Democrat founding of Jim Crow laws, the KKK, etc. And as you point out, Margaret Sanger and her desire to wipe out black people. So why do black people overwhelmingly support the party guilty of all this? Freebies and ignorance. And the Democrat Party knows it.

      Charles,

I, too, am amazed by the people who don’t know history and the ones who know the truth, but still repeat the same lies because those lies fit their agenda. The lies are very easily refuted, but they are still repeated and believed. I encountered this on another article just the other day. Despite being shown the proof of the votes on Civil Rights, this person just kept repeating the lie that Republicans were against it and voted to stop it. The willful belief in lies is appalling. Freebies – definitely a major reason.

I admit that I was one of those who was not up on history in the beginning but over the last several years I have dedicated myself to learning as much as I can about it.

I’m surprised you guys aren’t a lot more grateful someone on the left said something stupid in this debate, after we’ve heard from GOP legislators things like “fetuses must feel pain, because boy fetuses masturbate at 15 weeks.” and “Instances of pregnancy due to rape are rare.” Now you’ve got someone to point a finger at and start the process of forgetting just how pathetically stupid some of the legislators are who carry the GOP banner, especially when they’re trying to justify government interference in issues out of which the government should stay.

Take good care and may God bless us all!

      tgy,

I guess you haven’t realized that we already know that stupidity is not specific to political party. Are you still on the dem vs rep schtick? It is way beyond that. It’s We the People vs the corruption in D.C.; it’s constitutional vs unconstitutional; it’s right vs wrong; it’s legal vs illegal; and it’s legitimate vs illigitimate. To which political parties these corrupt and ignorant elected officials belong, is irrelevant.

Well said Laura. I admit that I used to blindly follow the Republicans but over the course of covering these issues I have learned that both parties are guilty of usurping the constitution on a number of issues. I still default to defending Republicans on some issues because old habits die hard, but if people like you and I weren’t serious about trying to bring about real change we wouldn’t have spent so many hours on the NFP!

It shows, all too well, just how ignorant some of these people really are. They know nothing of the true history of Planned Parenthood, or of the statistics on abortions. But, since the truth really doesn’t matter to them, I guess it’s okay for them to continue the lie.

      LD,

I just don’t understand that. We live in a country where so many people don’t care about the truth! It’s unfathomable to me. I WANT to know the truth! I search for the truth.

Steve, I used to blindly believe what the Republicans said, also. Then I learned that they lie just as much as other politicians (not all of them do). I still defend conservative ideals, but that isn’t because of loyalty to a political party, they are my beliefs. I’m loyal to the Constitution, not to a politician, a political party, or a specific administration. I don’t understand why so many continue to support people no matter what they do and how many times they lie. I cause myself a lot of distress because this behavior bothers me so much, but I don’t know how to stop caring. 🙂

Yes, I am tired of the Republicans but still believe in conservative ideals. Sometimes I lump Republicans and conservatives together (IE I write ‘Republican’ in an article when I should write ‘conservative’ or visa versa) when I am defending an issue. In reality there are only about three Republicans that I trust right now and no Democrats.

I never knew the history until within the last few years but the information is out there for anyone who is interested at this point, it seems they are not interested in learning the truth because PP helps to push part of the agenda.
