Delaware destroyed the records which show who illegally accessed Christine O’Donnell’s tax records and when

July 24, 2013

While trying to make our way through the tapestry of lies and the web of deceit which is engulfing more and more of the Obama regime it must be remembered that there are actually two simultaneous IRS scandals.

The first scandal we learned about in May and that involves the IRS targeting conservative groups, and the second scandal we learned about last week and this one involves illegally accessing the tax records of people who were running for political office and/or their staff. It much be remembered that the IRS has admitted in both cases that they behaved badly.

At the time this story broke we didn’t know which candidates’ records were illegally accessed by the IRS but soon thereafter it was learned that Christine O’Donnell was one.

While she was running for the Senate in the state of Delaware the IRS put a tax lien on a house they thought she owned and the media ran with the tax cheat angle to help bring her down. The only problem was that she did not own the house and even if she did an unauthorized employee peeked at her records.

If you are having a hard time following these scandals it is about to get a little harder for anyone to follow because according to this story the state of Delaware has told the Congress that most likely all the documents which show who accessed Christine O’Donnell’s tax records, when, and how often, have most likely been destroyed.

Christine  O’Donnell was notified about the breech at the beginning of this year by people investigating the story, so somewhere somebody recently knew about a breech which happened three years ago and told investigators and yet we are to believe the records were destroyed shortly after the breech occurred? Something doesn’t add up.

When the first IRS scandal broke we were assured it was the action of rogue agents in the Cincinnati office, but we now know the scandal goes much higher than that. We are being told the same thing here as well but I do not believe it for a minute. Remember that during the 2012 presidential election Harry Reid made the claim that Mitt Romney did not pay taxes for a ten year period in his life, and remember that Harry Reid claimed he knew a person who knew a person who had seen Mitt Romney’s tax records.

If that information was given to the majority leader in the Senate this scandal is much bigger and goes much higher than we are being led to believe.

Politics is one dirty business. I trust none of them or either side. But unfortunately, in an agency like the IRS where most of the workers tend to be democrats they definately have an edge when it comes to dirty tricks. I suspect this is true across the board with most government agencies. Conservatives tend to migrate toward business, while liberals move toward government and other state jobs such as teaching. This does not bode well for us, but just the way things are.

I couldn’t agree more, liberals have infiltrated all the agencies with power and with this power comes abuse.

Maybe the new best friends Chuck Schumer and John McCain can craft a deal which will make it illegal to investigate old or bring up new allegations of administration or government agency scandal or malfeasance. Before that happens I’d like to see an investigation launched into how McCain zips his fly in the Senate cloakroom. Maybe his new best friend helps out in that department ….hmm?

Steve, there are actually three scandals at the IRS. Remember the 3rd problem is the conference mess which is also expanding to include expensive travel by certain IRS officials.

Get the unions out of the federal government. Workers can not serve two masters. Federal employees should be held to high ethical and moral standards. No one should be able to commit maleficence and continued to be paid. The US did away with its federal civil service system and allowed the union to take control of its employees and this is the result, Shock! As of December 2011, there were approximately 2.79 million government workers. That is a lot of money for the unions who in turn fund the Dem.

Damn, you are right. I follow this closely and I still cannot keep up with all the scandals! And that is the way Obama wants it. I agree, no more public sector unions because both sides are negotiating wity OUR money.

Once we go to a flat tax we can tell them all to go to wherever. These dirty tricks can end if we have the gumption to end it. Boehner, you out there>>>????

The New Federalist Party supports the flat tax and this is a perfect example why. As for Boehner, I do not expect to hear a peep out of him.

That is the problem with any and all taxes, the rate will always go up and there really isn’t any way for us to stop it.
