On to the musical selection of the week. Earlier in the week I posted a live video of Skillet performing ‘Hero’ live from Soulfest in New Hampshire last weekend, it seemed to be pretty popular so I am going to post another video from the same show. This one is called ‘Rise.’

To date the malfeasance of this president, his administration and the Washington bureaucracy have not been sufficient to awaken that sleeping giant of 50%+ of the american people. His class and racial warfare strategy has so polarized this country that a wholesale uprising, if ever, is not in the foreseeable future. Obama’s dead soviet masters surely must be smiling on him from down below. The strongest ally to BO and his fellow traveling acolytes has been the complacent, pliable,blind and pacified masses. Too pragmatic a view, perhaps.

I have to agree as well. I think their plan is to nickle and dime everything to death, and no one is willing to make a definitive stand, and the few that do are attacked, ridiculed, and mocked into submission.

I meant to bring this up before, but will now. We have different levels of government and guess the “township” level is the bottom, then “county”, etc. We have a bunch of old guys on the township committee that are just collecting checks, they are yes men for the supervisor, I think that needs to change…maybe this next time I will try and get my name on the ballot…I have “opinions”, as you all know…might be a good thing, for a start. Is anyone else here on township or county boards?

I say go for it, it is time for us to stand up and say enough is enough! I am not on the Board of Kingston, but I really do not have much of a problem with local politics so while I have fantasized about becoming a member I have never felt the need to. Maybe I should put my money where my mouth is and go for it as well!
