Is Barack Obama linking Syria to Iran in order to gain support in the Congress?
With support for Barack Obama’s plan to bomb Syria falling apart in the Congress it is now being reported that he is trying to link Syria to Iran in order to scare the Congress into supporting his plan.
That is not a stretch by any imagination for Iran has already promised to attack Israel if the United States bombs Syria, Iran and Syria are linked, but I thought I would use this opportunity to take a look at what Barack Obama said about Iran in 2008:
In 2008 Barack Obama said that Iran was a tiny country which posed no threat to the United States but today, if this story is true, he is trying to use Iran to help make the case that we need to attack Syria to show that there really are American interests at stake in Syria.
So either Barack Obama was lying in 2008, he is lying in 2013, or he allowed Iran to become a major threat to the United States on his watch.

I love a good Latakia! If not Latakia then it is Aros for me, I have tried many times to get into the Virginias but can’t seem to do so but I will keep trying. If you know what Latakia is you are probably either a pipe smoker, were a pipe smoker, or know a pipe smoker. Am I right? And if so which is it? I doubt anyone else here knows what we are talking about. 🙂

He has been lying since he learned to talk. It’s his nature. But, ideologically, Barack Obama is anti-war. So, wouldn’t it be nice to know who is pulling his strings?

We should absolutely NOT go to war with Syria.
PS- Anyone who says cruise missle strikes are not war should ask if Japan’s bombing of Pearl Harbor was not war.
President Obama is selling us the EXACT SAME policy of President Bush, namely that we be the Judge, Jury, and Executioner in the case for assad. We are good at executioner, but not good at judge and jury. just look at Iraq. And anyway, at this stage we need a policeman to separate the two sides in the civil war. THEN someone can be the judge and jury. Not before.
If you look at Egypt, Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq, etc, we’re not good at being policeman either. Obama, just like Bush, is trying to sell us promises that the US government is not equipped to deliver.
We should know better.

This all boils down to following the money. Speaking of which, Is China manufacturing our cruise middles these days? After all they’re keeping mum, maybe not wanting to screw up the possibility of a potentially lucrative contract. Regardless, its the money changing puppet masters manipulating Valerie Jarrett and congress.
