Benghazi: CIA employee who refused to sign a non-disclosure form has been suspended
Two weeks ago America’s Watchtower covered the story about a Benghazi whistleblower who claims he has been punished for trying to tell the truth about what happened on the night Chris Stevens, Glen Doherty, Sean Smith, and Tyrone Woods were killed in Benghazi.
This was not surprising to those of us who are still paying close attention to this story because there have been multiple reports of witnesses being hidden, intimidated, and threatened if they dare speak truth to power. It was also reported that the witnesses were forced to sign non-disclosure forms and facing multiple lie detector tests in an attempt to keep the truth hidden.
Now we are learning that one, as of yet unnamed, potential whistleblower refused to sign the non-disclosure statement and for his morally motivated stand he is now facing the consequences.
For his brave stand he has been suspended and has been forced to hire legal counsel:
A CIA employee who refused to sign a non-disclosure agreement barring him from discussing the Sept. 11, 2012 terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya, has been suspended as a result and forced to hire legal counsel, according to a top House lawmaker.
Rep. Frank Wolf (R., Va.) revealed at an event on Monday that his office was anonymously informed about the CIA employee, who is purportedly facing an internal backlash after refusing to sign a legal document barring him from publicly or privately discussing events surrounding the Benghazi attack.
“My office received a call from a man saying that he knew a CIA employee who has retained legal counsel because he has refused to sign an additional NDA regarding the Sept. 11, 2012, events in Benghazi,” Wolf said in Sept. 9 remarks at a panel discussion hosted by Judicial Watch.
“I called the law firm and spoke with CIA employee’s attorney who confirmed that her client is having an issue with the agency and the firm is trying to address it,” Wolf said.
It is beyond obvious that the Obama regime is doing everything in its power to keep the truth about what happened that night from the American people and this is just the latest example.
I can only hope this man is able to get the clearance he needs in order to testify in front of the Congress, but we have seen the Obama regime deny other whistleblower’s attorneys the proper access to the documents needed in order for their clients to testify, so I am not holding my breath in this case. Neither is Frank Wolf:
Based on my past experiences with the CIA, which is headquartered in my congressional district, I am not at all confident that these efforts will be successful
I hope that both myself and Frank Wolf are wrong but only time will tell.

But didn’t John Brenen say the other day that his agency is doing nothing to stop the Benghazi suvivors from testifying and in fact he wants only to cooperate with Congress. Mr. Brenen wouldn’t lie to us, would he? Pfffffffft!!!

The crazy thing, Jim, is if WE did all this shady stuff, we would be in jail. What is it that keeps this Administration above the law? I do not want to believe that Holder is the key to all of this, that he is putting a wall up, but I have to lean that way. There has to be “someone somewhere” that can stop this. That Obama, Holder and Jarrett have us in the place we are in is so beyond belief.

To think that the top law enforcement agent in the nation is the one who is holding up justice is a sad thought, but unfortunately that seems to be exactly what is happening here and on all the other scandals as well. I will never forget how he ran to Obama to seal the Fast and Furious documents when the walls were closing in around him. The man is not trustworthy to say the least.

Well, “trust” is a word I would never use with this Administration, ever! Remember that Holder will take care of “his people”, what does that say about us as a nation? We have fallen so far backwards in race relations since this Administration has come into office, it will take years for people to ever trust the Government again, if ever. They have played the race card until I am sure it is frayed and tattered around the edges. It is all about CYA with them, what a bunch of losers and we put them there. Let’s make sure we at least make the effort to right the wrong that has been done and VOTE. At least we will have tried. It is the sorry suckers that sit at home and don’t vote because “it won’t make any difference anyway” that I have zero tolerance for now.
On a side note, is there something you did to the blog that now has spell checker going on? It has changed a couple words already for me or is underlining in red if it is not correct. Good job, Steve, if you did!!!

How anyone can trust anything this government tells us at this point is beyond me. It is clear what the agenda is–divide, divide, divide, and it is working perfectly. Race relations are now worse than they have been in years and it is being done on purpose.
I haven’t changed anything with the blog. I use Chrome as my browser and it spell checks comments while when I was using Explorer it did not. Maybe you changed something on your end or maybe WordPress made a change, I wish I could take credit for it but I cannot.
