Benghazi: Darrell Issa blames Hillary Clinton’s policy of normalization for the attack

October 6, 2013

Darrell Issa spoke out yesterday about his investigation into the terrorist attack in Benghazi which left Chris Stevens (after being sodomized), Glen Doherty, Sean Smith, and Tyrone Woods dead and it is clear where he thinks the blame belongs:

Responsibility for the September 11 Benghazi assault and the deaths of four U.S. citizens — including Libyan ambassador Chris Stevens — lies personally at the feet of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, according to California Republican Rep. Darrell Issa.

“The investigation really is now not about what we know, but about how we can prevent abuse of security before the fact, how we respond during the fact, and how we hold people accountable after the fact for deliberate misinformation — if you want to be kind — [and] outright lies, if not,” said Issa, who serves as head of the Oversight and Government reform committee.

“We know from Hillary Clinton on down there was a policy of normalization to make it appear as though we had won the war on terror,” Issa said. “I was in Libya just the other day, and one thing that I came back with was a strong opinion that that ‘stand down’ had everything to do with the fight between Department of State headed Hillary Clinton and the Defense Department, and that ultimately, State was willing to put their assets in, and did not want any military assets in, because they did not want to escalate what ultimately should have been escalated to a real rescue mission.”

According to Darrell Issa, Hillary Clinton had a policy of “normalization” designed to make it appear as if we were winning the war on terror and when push came to shove she was unwilling to help our heroes because she did not want to escalate the violence in the region.

I believe this is true but it does not go far enough for we need to look at the reasons behind both this policy and Hillary Clinton’s deadly decision to stand down. Why is it that Hillary Clinton would want it to seem as if we were winning the war on terror when clearly we were not?

Because it just happened to be an election year in which Barack Obama was claiming that al-Qaeda was on the run, that is why this policy was in place. It would take the willing suspension of disbelief to not entertain the possibility that this normalization policy was conducted and implemented by Hillary Clinton without Barack Obama’s approval. Clearly she would not have acted on her own during an election year when Barack Obama was fighting for his political life.

Whether Hillary Clinton liked it or not she was working for the Obama regime and this means that she was acting on behalf of the president. It is clear to me that Barack Obama decided that his reelection was more important than the lives of the four people who died on that night and she was tasked with protecting the Dear Leader at all costs.

The only question which remains is this: What is Darrell Issa going to do about it?

I think Hilary’s “narmalization policy” was part of it; but the gun running to Syria is the other part. I doubt Issa can do much in Congress; but he can do a lot to spread the word.

There is no doubt in my mind that the Obama regime was running guns in Benghazi and that is what this was all about. I doubt anything will come from this but until the issue is as dead as Chis Stevens I will continue to fight!

In saner times both Clinton and her boss would be in leg chains. As we know, timing is everything and these two pathetic excuses for Americans became a tag team at just the right time, a time when the country is losing its moral fiber and succumbing to creeping socialism and PC, a time when the media will assassinate the character and good name of anyone daring to question the elites as they move forward with their plans to destroy this country from within and without. How far we have fallen is measured by the respect these two vermin are afforded by the elites, the establishment, the electorate and the population in general .

You nailed it, the fact that people like this are not only allowed to get away with it but are also respected members of leadership shows us how far the country has fallen.

Issa treats evidence in the same manner that Christian social conservatives treat the Bible — as a source of material to be CHERRY-PICKED for excerpts that can be used to support a preconceived, biased conclusion.

By taking a political stand on the issue of terrorism and ignoring the facts on the ground, Issa is correct.

What happened in Benghazi was because of the political myopia of Liberals.

When Liberals govern, people die for their politics.

Issa can only do what Boehner lets him. We saw what happened to those on committees that stood up to him.

You’ve got that right, plus he is probably a little pissed off that he wasn’t able to quell the rebellion in his party that led to the shutdown. He will be looking for revenge when he gets the chance.

Besides the 4 being killed, I am wondering where the outrage for what happened to Stevens before he died has not been an issue to some people? I read very little on that, other than it happened. I think it was a big deal and it was a big deal to those that were doing it, but it was played down. Just wondering.
We all know it has been a very big cover-up and I still think Issa wants to get to the bottom of it, but believe he will be shut down, again. There are those that will never allow Hillary Clinton to be taken down, I think that she is the next deserving person in line for the Democratic nomination, so she has to not be tarnished. The media will do their best to make sure that does not happen.

This is a huge part of the story which is being covered up because it shows just how twisted the Muslim faith can be and that is contrary to the was the “religion of peace” is portrayed in the media. Apparently the Muslims who commit this act believe that if a person is sodomized he cannot go to heaven and get his virgins they do this to the victim to keep him from heaven, but apparently they believe the sodomizer can still go to heaven, As I said, twisted. They did the same to Qadafffi as well, and that was not ever reported.
I also believe Issa wants to get to the bottom of this but like you I fear it will not happen.
