Benghazi: Barack Obama was warned three months prior to the attack that Chris Stevens was a target
I like to think that I have been keeping up with the Benghazi story as well as anyone else out there, but while I knew the Obama regime was warned that the situation in Libya was deteriorating and was reaching critical mass I did learn something from ’60 Minutes’ last night. (Of course it would have been nice if CBS had ran this story a year and a half ago instead of protecting the Dear Leader.)
Green Beret Commander Andy Wood provided this new information: Three months before the attack he told Chris Stevens that he needed to leave Benghazi because he was a target. He also informed the State Department and the Department of Defense about the coming attack. Al-Qaeda posted their immediate goals on the internet and there were three of them. Attack the Red Cross, the British, and then the Americans.
Al-Qaeda did attack the Red Cross and attempted to assassinate the British ambassador to Libya. With two goals accomplished that meant there was only one goal left–attack the Americans–and Andy Wood warned the Obama regime that al-Qaeda was in the final planning stages of an attack in Benghazi.

What did Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton do with this information? Rhetorical question, they did nothing.
And then once the attack occurred we know what happened; Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton blamed the attack on a video they knew had nothing to do with the attack, and this deception went on for weeks even though they knew for months an attack was coming. I always found it funny that the regime had the video excuse ready to roll out so quickly and now we know why. They had already planned their defense for the attack instead of planning to stop the attack.
The only question is why did the Obama regime ignore the warnings? We know the regime was trafficking weapons through Benghazi. Was Chris Stevens the one trafficking the weapons, was he trying to buy back weapons that fell into al-Qaeda’s hands, or was he about to blow the lid off this scandal? All three are legitimate possibilities.
All we know at this point is Barack Obama was more interested in protecting his reelection bid than he was in protecting the lives of Chris Stevens, Glenn Doherty, Sean Smith, and Tyrone Woods and it appears as if these men were considered collateral damage in Barack Obama’s quest for reelection.

” The war om terror is coming its end. Al Qaeda is on the run.” Isn’t that what Obama told us during the DNC convention?
I will never believe that the US or one of its allies didn’t have forces that could have gone to the aid of our brave Americans in Benghazi. There is much, much more to this story than we may ever know. It stinks to high heaven.

Yes, that is what they were telling us and when it blew up in their faces they first reaction was to cover this up. We had people there to respond and many of those who wanted to respond have been removed from duty.

Clearly, the Obama administration had priorities other than protecting our people in Libya. The evidence is mounting, but it would have been better for CBS to run this story immediately after the attack, instead of a year later.
